We came to mail two packages at 3PM and they were closed for lunch. Okay, no big deal, right? Everyone needs to get lunch. So I dont get the chance to make it back until a few minutes before they close but the door is open for business. Tell me why Homegirl sees me pick up a box to prepare my items for ship ment and she tells me shes closing and "are you going to have that ready in two minutes?" Really??? Had you not been gone when I first tried to accomplish this, I wouldnt be back here now. That was SO rude. She can keep the hurried attitude. Ive worked customer service for 15 years; if the door was open for business and someone came in and I had to stay a few minutes late, so be it. Im not going to turn someone away, especially after they tell me they came earlier and I was gone. I hope she doesnt treat people who are mailing off deployment care packages like that.

I cant give it even one star on this location. I got a lost EMS package incoming from my home country and there was one staff who STARTED to respond me that they got nothing can do with it if the package is lost in delivery. She continued that if the sender made a little trivial mistake on receivers address, it is going to be back to sender without process or try BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE FLEXIBILITY to find where it was going to. Even postal service never called me or informed me about the lost package. NO KINDNESS, NO SERVICE. IT IS JUST DISAPPOINTING.

After showing up at 0920 to be first in line to get my package and get to a soccer game I had to knock on the door at 0935 because they were not open yet. 5 minutes later the security forces showed up because the worker inside was intimidated that I knocked on the door AFTER they were supposed to be open. Having incompetent employees that want to blame their customers for their own inability to do their job is ridiculous. The whole situation could have been avoided if the employee here did their job properly.

Worst USPS ever! First off the lady in the front (Alice) was very rude and closed the store for lunch an hour before closing. Then they dont answer their phones, when you call you get the busy tone. Lastly I came in because I received a slip in my mailbox saying that I could pick up the package after 9am. When I came in at 9 the lady said that she couldnt find it and would have them deliver the package, needless to say, that never happened!

They are the worst Ive been calling all day no answer, voicemail is full. My daughter package arrived on Monday June 5, 2017 and she still doesnt have it because the lazy ass employee at this office hasnt sent it to the other location. So many people are looking for jobs if they dont want to work fire their lazy ass. Do anyone know who to call because Im ready to take this 4 hour flight to see what the problem is?

Ive been here a few times. The lady that works here has no clue what customer service is. The rudest person to ever be behind a counter, also, who closes for lunch?! I am certain that Ive seen more than one person in the back! Plus, every other time Ive attempted to mail something, theyre "closed for lunch"with no return time on the sign! Were suppose to guess when you want to return! Worst PO Ive ever been to!

The negative reviews are well deserved. Gave this office another shot, still absolutely horrible. 0945 on a Wed morning. 7 ppl in line, one extemely slow person working. She did not care to how many ppl were waiting, she was going to take her time. Also the frst time I have ever been to a Post Office that wss sold out of stanps. No estimated time of getting more.

Easier than driving way off base to deliver a package. I am not sure why it has so many bad reviews. The postal clerk was pleasant and not snobby in any way. The only person with a bad attitude was a lady that didnt know how to mail APO and the clerk told her the forms she needed but she still had a nasty attitude and mouthed off. Not the clerks fault.

Rude rude rude. Mrs Alice Toleree couldnt be bothered to come help the 3 customers standing in line until I had rang the bell 3 separate times. We could all her her in the back chatting with someone. When she did finally lethargicly make her way to the counter she had the most unpleasant demeanor that just oozed a sense of wasting her time.

My wife mailed our voting registration form through here, The woman was extremely rude and made her take the envelope outside to the drop box to post it... knowing they wouldnt post it until after the deadline. Secondly my wife had to hold the door open for another couple because the lady locked the front door before closing time!

The worst post office I have ever had to deal with, this is the 4th time a packaged tracked as "delivered to door step" and was not there...3 times I have had a package delivered to a neighbors house a block away and they have had to bring it to me. And the customer service at The office is HORRIBLE!!!

I like the nice African American man that works there. He is very pleasant every time I see him. but the other coworker woman that everyone is talking about yes is rude but I think the man that works there over shadows how rude the woman is. So I keep going there.

Packaged was delivered for work. Supposedly mail was separated and sent to appropriate buildings. Its been way past the Priority Mail delivery time. I tried to track it down. Nobody knows or hasnt seen anything.

My daughter is in training at Lackland. We received mail today that was postmarked on 6/20 and 6/28. On the back there was a circle that says JBSA Lackland, TX Jul 6, 2017. Anyone know why this is?
