After calling to inquire about availability in the infant program for my 7 month old, I was invited for a tour, and told them I would be there in about 20 minutes. Upon arriving, the owner immediately looked my husband & I up and down with a grimace and then told us that they no longer had availability and that she "must have misheard the age." If she just heard the age incorrectly (she said she heard 12 months), and someone just showed up to take that spot- there would still be a spot in the infant room.. So she gave 2 different excuses that dont click, and are invalid. My husband is heavily tattooed, as am I with colored hair. We were dressed casually and apparently were not up to snuff for the owner, and deemed unfit to be in their establishment. After being told we could possibly be put on the waitlist, we declined as we already felt unwelcome. We told the owner that the way she looked at us and addressed us was incredibly unkind and off-putting as well as telling us they had availability and making up things to just get us out the door- its all incredibly sad that this is someone in charge of taking care of kids and teaching them to be kind. She had no apology, and just kept reiterating her excuses. She really could not have cared less that she treated us in a discriminatory, dismissive way. This type of behavior led us to not want to send our child here, and if you are anything like us, you will know what to expect.

This is the worst daycare ever. I wouldnt recommend this daycare to any one. They are nasty dirty and the staff is very messy. In a 2 year class room they have 2 restrooms that are broken. The classroom next to them when you flush the toilet it comes up from the sewer. The teachers curse in front if the children and the owners and director dont seem to care. Teachers are on their cell phones instead of paying attention to the children..they put babies in high chairs as a way of Punishment and dont give them snacks on their tray. If a 1 year old takes their socks off they get put in a high chair as a way of timeout. These are children and have to learn how can you do this. The facility is very dirty. They say they follow the food program if thats the case why are the kids only getting a piece of toast for breakfast?? Thats not what food program says. They dont serve any water at all at lunch. Their are no pitchers of water in classroom kids get water from the faucet!!! I dont recommend this center at all!!! The director and the owner gossip more than anything. If they dont like you they put pressure on you and treat you like crap!!! Very nasty center!!

The previous reviewer from June is alone with her experiences. Weve been there for awhile now and theyre the best daycare in Conroe. The teachers treat your child as if they are their own. There are always events and crafts going on, they teach the babies sign language, they have cute little parties and activities outside...etc. Its just a wonderful place. NONE of the staff nor LeAnn are snobby. I have no idea where she got that from. The owner, Randy, is a friendly guy who always makes sure Im happy. You arent allowed to wear shoes in the infant and toddler rooms because thats just how clean they are. I also chat up the front desk people and when my child isnt feeling well, they even sit with him until I come to pick him up. KRK = best day care in the area.

Kids R Kids is a very loving daycare. The teachers really care about the kids. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. They always greet my daughter by name and give her hugs. It gives me peace of mind to know she is treated so well. We are truly blessed to have Kids R Kids take of her.

Daycare in the area is expensive in general, the teachers here are very kind and the ones that arent get noticed and they do well to handle visible internal issues in a timely manner. If you give respect, you get respect and they will make an effort to work with you if you need it.

I have sent 2 of my boys here (11 years apart) and they are wonderful! My second son had a disability and could not walk at 2 years old. They welcomed him with open hearts! We will be forever greatfull.

My son has been going here for a few months now. Staff is very nice and the building is very clean. For the most part it is very affordable.
