Starting out, this daycare seemed great. They had a decent staff and the owners seemed to care about every little detail about what went on inside their daycare. However, once they started taking on WAY too many kids and the wife (owner) left to have her baby, the husband (owner) was unable to maintain a suitable environment for my child. The staff was very sneaky and hid all kinds of important information from me about how my childs day went, the changes being made within the daycare, problems with staff not showing up for work. The daycare director never checked on the staff to make sure the standard operating procedures were being followed. They didnt even know a staff member had been HITTING, PINCHING, and PUNCHING the kids!!! I was actually the parent that had a major problem with this particular staff member and after complaining about her one of the many times I did, she wound up walking out that morning. After she left, the other staff member that had been working side by side with her told the owner about the abuse towards the kids. She was fired as well, but it should have NEVER happened. She is being prosecuted by the state now, thank God. After that, they never hired one decent person to work there. They left my child in a crusted poopy diaper all day or I would walk in and see them changing my childs diaper on the tile floor where they potty train the kids, which THE DAY I snatched my child out of that nasty place. I kept giving chance after chance for them to rectify the situations but it just never got better. I am NEVER going back, nor do I recommend anyone else take their children to Kids Kingdom.

i took my children to this place and only lasted ONE DAY and pulled them out! They were understaffed and over populated with children. When I asked what my children had for lunch my 6 year old said a grilled cheese and an apple slice... I asked what he had to drink... it was water from the SAME "rinsed" out Styrofoam cup from the mornings milk with breakfast. I knew it was from the morning since they gave him the cup with his name on it when we walked in and since they had two children with his name i wrote his last name on it and saw the EXACT cup in his hand when i picked him up after snack time!!! What is wrong with that. Yes I know children do not tell you everything so I talked to a staff member who no longer works there and said yes she was correct the children get the bare minimum to eat and their "playground" is outside behind the building without shade on the parking lot where the garbage trucks drive!!! Why would you open a child care business in a strip center with no shaded area for children to play IN TEXAS SUMMERS?!?!?! I was informed the next day that the children my kids age 3 and 5 had to be grouped with older children because they were short staffed I said to the childrens teacher "not going to happen" and we left and never looked back! Im sure there are parents who need them for their rates and NCI acceptance, but is that really worth your childs nutritional needs and safety!?!? Please thoroughly inspect the place down to the toys your children will have access too before you consider ANY childcare!

This is NOT a place I would ever recommend taking a child for multiple reasons. Children are allowed to put their hands on other children, pushing, shoving and hitting, when other children report it to parent the teachers then admit to it. (I will be happy to share pictures that I took at the time of the childs face). Addressed issue with the staff, was assured that would not happen again, less than a week later the same child was guilty of kicking my grandson in the head. Once again was the children that ran to tell about the incident not the teacher. This particular child has a history of aggression yet is monitored inadequately (as reflected on their tape), which clearly demonstrated children being allowed to rough house. If you pay for a trip and then BEFORE the trip decide that you are not willing to send your child off with them due to lack of supervision they refuse to refund your money and state they will keep it and apply to daycare-which is questionable legally as it was paid for a different purpose. The owners are extremely money grubbing-we are not talking about paying for daycare-we are talking about a continual changing charge. One day it is 20.00 a day the next morning it is doubled-when they believe a parent has no choice but to pay it. There is many good daycare centers in Conroe this is not one of them.

I am a mother of 3 kids that attend Kids Kingdom Daycare Center. I really love the owners, director and all of the teachers. As it happens in all daycares, I have expressed concerns in regards to what types of foods they are eating, educational teaching and some teachers. I am a very picky mom and I just love being involved with what is going on with my children. I was assured by the owners and the directors that my children would be taken care of and fed properly. My children have attended this daycare for about almost 6 months now and they love it. My 10 year old daughter enjoys their after school program and feels safe when picked up from school and arriving at the daycare. My 3 year old son is learning a lot and loves coming to the daycare and always want to go home with his teachers because he feels secure and loved while in their care. My 1 year old daughter enjoys the songs they sing daily and when coming home and singing with mom she does all the hand movements. I can honestly say that I recommend this daycare and will keep my children here as long as I can. I feel really comfortable with the staff and I know that the owners and directors are great as well. Please bring your children here and know that they will be taken care of properly and with love.

We have 3 children that attend this facility and they LOVE it!! But it is not just the children that love this facility, my wife and I are absolutely comfortable with them attending Kids Kingdom. My wife and I stop by at random times throughout the day and we are never disappointed. The staff is always courtious, and very supportive of things you want done for your children. I know there will always be bad reviews on such places, but we can assure you that the children are in good hands. Our son (8) always talks about the challenging questions Mr. Ram asks him on the way from school, our 5 year old daughter is sad at the end of the week when she is not able to see the staff on the weekend. We also have a daughter that is 1, they have helped us with her "blankie" problem and have made it a real joy and comfort knowing our children are in good hands. I highly praise and recommend this day care to anyone!

My child is 3 years old and in a matter of months they had him fully potty trained.. To those of you who ignorantly put that the only dietary items are grill cheese sandwiches and Raman noodles I suggest you look at the menu on the door. The kids are closely monitored by video and if you have any questions about the behavior of the staff you should call the state. I assure you kids kingdom has nothing to hide. If you have any questions you should call RAM or JAZ they will address any concerns you should contact them. I have been to several daycares and this by far is the best… ps Donna is the best at dealing with my son I know he is a handful.. but Ram and Jaz love these children they do not do this for the money.... I know it takes the patients of Job to take care of these children... Thank you for all that you do!!!
