I called to get prices and schedules for my daughter. Almost a week late I finally received a call back. Their classes start on August 18th and I asked if I could start my daughter at the beginning of September. due to her birthday coming up next week and back to school shopping, etc. I was put on hold and a woman came on the line , by the name of Danielle. I told her I was hold for Haley( the girl I was originally speaking with). Danielle was EXTREMELY condescending and instead of saying " hi my name is Danielle, Im the manager, how can I help you." I received the "This is Danielle" and then silence.After posing my question, she continued with attitude and was very rude. There is a right and wrong way to conduct business and apparently Danielle understand the business. After I got off the phone I thought about it. Do I want to pay to spend the next year dealing with someone who thinks herself above polite conversation? I think not. I truly hope this helps and perhaps situations like this wont happen in the future.

We love Dance Central! My daughter has danced with this studio for the past 5 years and it has been the best experience ever! She has taken several styles of dance (ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop) and has worked with the majority of the instructors at the studio. Each one is kind, patient and knowledgeable in their art form. It has been a joy to see my daughter become the beautiful, confident dancer she is today thanks to Danielle and her awesome staff!! We both have made friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Danielle and staff for all of your hard work and devotion. Looking forward to another year of wonderful dancing and memories. We be DC!!

My daughter danced at Dance Central for 10 years! We loved it! Danielle and her staff were extremely helpful and organized! My daughter participated in off campus PE through Dance Central - dancing in excess of 16 hours per week. She made lifelong friends with her fellow dancers and I made lifelong friends with other moms. The recitals are an amazing production...some of the best Ive ever seen. If you are looking for a great studio, this is it!

My girls have taken dance instruction from two studios in the Cypress area and our preferred dance studio is Dance Central! The annual recital is fun for the dancers and very organized for the parents! If seeking information, I would stop by the studio after 4 pm on Weekdays and after 9 am on Saturdays. :)

Dance Central is an excellent environment for young men and women wanting to learn all styles of dance. The staff is professional and nurturing and Danielle, the owner, encourages positivity and inclusion. We love it!
