This gym is fantastic! The classes are small to medium size (weekends are busier), and are VERY technical. Since the classes arent overly big, there is a great focus on one on one training. That is, the trainer walks around and actually makes sure you get the technique right. This is a great way to improve quickly. There are boxing and muay thai classes, but it is mainly focused on the latter. I went for about a year until I unfortunately had to move out of town, but I would recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in learning a martial art or becoming a fighter. Getting in a kickboxing gym like this can be intimidating, but everyone at this gym is friendly and respectful, and the Khru keeps it that way. Youll learn the art of Muay Thai, get some conditioning done and meet some great people!

This place I found by luck. I did not know what I was looking for in a muay thai school or if I even wanted to train it. But I found out real fast that the instructor Kru John is the best I have seen. It let me know that thats where I would actually learn new things and not recycled cookie cutter classes. My respect to Kru John the man knows what he is doing. Many other instructors will dazzle you with how they have this medal or said championship. Thats all and good for them. Yet they do not know how to teach, which is the most important part when you are the instructor and a student wanting to learn. So if you want to learn, really learn come here . Or if you are satisfied with going over the motions where you might be training now then have at it.
