First, they shut down their phones BEFORE 5 p.m. Second, they take forever to look up your info in the system. I called and simply wanted to know was my application still active. I gave the woman my social security number after she asked and she said hold on.. and I stayed on hold. After about 15 minutes of holding I hung up. She also had my number. I had given it to her. She never called back. These folks treat people awful. Its only because they work with desperate people who need work and who will take their abuse.

StaffMark over all is good but, I have to admit this Harlan office is the worst experience I have had with any StaffMark. Hands down. An I have dealt with some in other states too. Sad. But Devon Thomas is a nice addition to the Garland Office. The rest act real rude, remedial, and just straight unprofessional and potentially prejudice. Give you the run around and lie constantly. I really am 2 seconds from reporting them all to corporate except Devon Thomas. #AGGED Dr. MlGray

What a horrible experience!!!! This place had me waiting a week just to tell me that they hadnt heard anything from the customer. First the lady, Kelly, had me do a test then redo the test as if she was really going to help me get the job. I had to call her almost everyday to see if she heard anything. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. If you are looking for work, try elsewhere because this place sucks.

I worked for.staffmark for 2 weeks and it was the worst experience ive had in my life. They messed up my paycheck only paid me fir 1 day. They are rude and treat people like refugees! They haxe people train you that dont speak a word of English!
