Some members of the staff are rude and act as if they do not want to assist when you call about a simple issue that you didnt cause. Not sure if its taught in training but most locations do not have a very good phone presence which is unacceptable because their customers literally have to call them for assistance. Most times they dont bother to look up your information as if out of the hundreds of customers/workers they could remember exactly who you are and the situation you are attempting to explain. They give a bogus answer to get you off the phone and get upset when you call back. Instead of listening to the issue they seem like they are doing other things because they will either ask you to repeat yourself or they ask the same questions you literally just told them in the beginning of the call. Sometimes you even get different answers from different people which is confusing. Notating an account or your workers profile/file would assist with making the company more efficient, someone needs to step in and get everyone on the same page.

Called for employment verification and followed prompts to "the work number, which requested an employer code. When I called the store to get the employer code I was I was told that they cant give that out. It in no way violated privacy seeing as it is a public website. However, since they did not know the number they claimed to not be able to give it out. They were unprofessional, rude and even ghetto in their response to my inquiries.
