Choose Again Yoga- is wayyyyy more then just yoga. The instructor teaches and encourages about spirituality. Not only will you tone up, release stress, rid your body of toxins but your mind will find a place of peace. I have took classes at a few other places when I moved, and i found out that no place compares to Choose Again Yoga. I recommend this yoga student to everyone. Dont even waist your time other places, this place is awesome. A true blessing to me!!!!
