5 + year black card member here. Worked out at Seattle, Fargo, Chicago, SA, Austin, Houston, OKC, St. Louis, and KC. Home gym = SA. Visiting Dallas and this location would not let me in because of 2 day late on payment. Doesnt surprise me that Marlon and Kimberly were adamant on refusing access. All that flirting and talking I see between them makes me think shes trying to climb the corporate ladder.

This location does not maintain their equipment properly. I have nearly fallen off the treadmills multiple times and when I have reported to management nothing is done about it. The customer service is lacking as well. I have requested for the manager to contact the district manager on my behalf and she refused. Terrible customer service and a gym that does not care.

Been here for almost a year now. Great service and great guests. No gym lunks being Aholes here like Golds Gym. WiFi available to everyone! Everyones helps each other out. Full sanitized restrooms. Never have I smelled disgust in a restroom here, its always full cleaned!

Clean, friendly atmosphere. People leave you alone to get on with your workout. Up to date equipment, although selection of free weights is somewhat lacking - not surprising as PF state up front that they dont cater to bodybuilding&powerlifting.

The gym is clean and staff is nice but, the music is so loud I cant hear headphones. Im not kidding, I cant watch Netflix on my phone during cardio. Buy some expensive noise cancelling headphones if you want hear anything in the cardio area.

It has alot of equipment, I disapprove of the montly bill contract, buy and buy out b.s.N it automatically renews without asking n u eventually pay alot more.. Its ok 70black membership then 20-30/month plus buy out if u wanna end it.

LOVE this place. Everyone that works here is so friendly and they actually help you when you ask. Its super clean and theres tons of equipment, also the price is great too!

What i dont like that the water fountain dosent work or is not cold or some machines dont work its ok besides that.
