Yes 4 Stars. But Keep in mind that you are only paying 10 dollars for a 4 star gym. If you do the math, you are the winner. I have been a member for 1 full year. I started seeing familiar faces and I get what kind of clientele like this place. People who like to do Cardio. If you are looking to lose weight without having too many good looking bodies around you, lose the calories not the money (as they advertise it) and work out in a healthy atmosphere with bunch of TVs, then PF is the place for you. The staff are mostly nice. But if you put yourself in their shoes, you can figure out why sometimes they are chatting with each other laughing out loud even when they see you coming out or in...it is boredom. I am sure they are under-paid. So in short. A great place to work out. Value for your money. My advice is to school the staff on cleaning the cup holders of the machines, they are almost dirty every time I go there. They only clean the outside, which we already do... I recommend this place. Cant beat the price.

The black card deal is terrible. The flyer says I can bring a guest, right? Well I brought a friend and after we were done working out I said why dont we go use the massage chairs? So when we went to go get some coins for the massage chair one of the employees said guests cant use massage chairs. So they are saying that I should tell my friend "Hey go wait on a chair while I go get a massage!" Its stupid that said you can bring a guest but guess what you cant even bring friend to maybe just rest a little bit with your on some massage chairs. You know what just dont even come here.

No chairs or shelves in the dressing rooms off the showers so you have to set your stuff on the ground, no shelves in the showers either so you have to set your toiletries on the disgusting shower floor. Only a few, what I would call "park benches" in the locker area. Horrible inconsistency in water temperature and pressure. Faucets are like what youd see in a public park - theyre the ones that you gotta push on to get three seconds of water. I just moved to the area so Im really hoping the owner cares enough to fix these things or Ill be going elsewhere.

I transferred my account from OH to TX (to this center). My account (with planet fitness) does not reflect the new center. My account is showing as cancelled, but they are charging for the last 1.5 years. When I contacted them, their answer is "you need to a different account (portal account) per location". If that is the case why they are operating under one website. When I asked for cancellation, I was asked to come personally to request for cancellation. The silly reason given by their manager is, the franchises works independently.

I have a question, why is the owner only responding to the very positive reviews? I would think a successful and/or happy establishment would address the negative reviews too..helps people like me, see both sides. Its respectful and shows you care about your clients/customers (which ultimately keeps the doors open for business), whether good or bad. Also, that you are working on the negative issues to improve their workout/visit.

I like the fact that it is open 24 hours, so convenience is not a factor. The staff is pretty friendly too and the equipment is usually in good condition. My only question is, what gym does not have a weight scale to weigh yourself? I was a member for over a year, but personally never saw a weight scale to keep tabs on progress.

EVERY TIME I go in to tan, the beds are nasty dirty! Why is this, when there are 4 people just standing and slouching behind the front desk?! Why do I ALWAYS have to SCRUB the top and bottom of the bed before I get to tan?! Tanning is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but I havent had this YET at this location!

I have been a member for a year now. I loved how involved the employees were last year. But sadly I walked in yesterday night and I was greated by a guy sitting on the front desk texting away. We made eye contact and he went straight back to texting. I dont feel as welcomed as I did a while ago.

The staff is very rude. They seemed to all be teenagers who cared more about talking to each other than working and seemed annoyed to be disturbed by somebody walking up to the desk. They may have a cheap price, but you get what you pay for. Cheap equipment and rude staff.

I signed up online yesterday went to the Frisco facility to pick up my key tag today 6/7/16 . He handed me my key tag and took my picture and that was it! Did anybody get a quick tour , or free t-shirt , warm welcome? False advertisement!!

8-9-17,12noon: No wifi. Staff wasnt as professional with check in as other locations. The elliptical machine I used wouldnt connect to the tv, just had iPod option. Locker rooms and gym in general were clean.

Great facility. Great price. I dont understand the negative comments, everyone knows there are no scales in any planet fitness and you only get the tshirt with the black card. Just ask if you want a "tour".

This planet fitness location is very large with lots of equipment but it is very clean as well. Ive been working out here for a while now and its a great gym and the price cant be beat!

Their manager Ms Chelsea is highly incompetent for her position. She breaks clients instead of making them happy and answered to. People join because of its location not the staff.

I love that there are lots of fitness machines. Even when its busy, its not a problem. Its clean, lots of TVs to watch something you like. Only $10.00 a month!
