WARNING: Dont ever go here! The service representatives in this 24 hour fitness are ridiculously terrible! Although I once had been a member here for four months, the employees here are still unwelcoming and are lack of training to provide a good customer service. Last time I tried here, I had to go through all hassles to become a member. And as for equipment, once one of them is broken, I had to wait for about a month for them to get it fixed. But because I am living near this facility and because I thought the customer service might have improved since I was gone, I went there with a free 7 day pass printed out from online. But a customer representative named Brandon, whom I remember the face from last time, there talked about all the nonsense stuff and said that he cannot give me a 7 day free pass as well as all other making b*** about a monthly fee. The end result was that I completely wasted my valuable time as well as having an annoyed evening today to remember. It seems every employee is saying different things without lack of training and knowledge of what other employee handle the process. I was pretty sure I am going to signup after a week of trial, and I was even thinking about recommending this club to my church friends and my company employees if I get good experiences out of this place, despite of a relatively high monthly fee compared to all other 24 hour fitness facilities. But I am now pretty much determined that I am not coming back here ever again, and I am not going to recommend this club to anyone. And I am going to report this bad customer relationship experience to BBB as well as few other business review site. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I go to this gym a couple times a week because its so bright, clean and inviting. This is probably the prettiest and cleanest 24 Fitness gym in the area. * I like the cardio layout and types of machines. However, the cardio equipment is getting older so some it is broken or doesnt work correctly which is a problem when the club is busy. Example: Several elipticals do no incline correctly and theres always a couple treadmills out of service * The locker room is well maintained and the staff does a good job keeping up with the towel service. Ive been in other SUPER SPORTS where the towels are always out and strewn all over the locker room * On the gym floor I like the trainer area and weight area as their utilize the space well. And.... the club finally got a plate loaded leg press machine along with the other pretty leg machines that are not made for anyone that works legs hard. However,,,, for leg day I always go to Carrollton which has the BEST leg equipment to destroy your legs All in all this is a pretty great gym that puts you in the right mood for a good workout.

The gym is new. That already makes it awesome. Its a Super Sport, so you get all the amenities! Theres something about a new gym that make you work out harder, I think. Its kept pretty clean with as busy as it gets. The sales and personal trainers are knowledgeable and courteous. The class instructors are phenomenal. The down side? Some (not all) of the staff at the front desk are jerks. They are not helpful. They want you to use the automated check in system (which is not implemented elsewhere in the Dallas locale nor a requirement, so I still use my ID) and seem to get upset if you need their assistance. Like Im interpreting their important text message or magazine reading. They need to work on their enthusiasm and knowledge of equipment. I am against the fingerprint check-in. Its a mater of time before a hacker gets the info and uses it for who knows what. If 24 hour is hiring slackers, I want in so at least I can get a free membership too. Remember, you DO NOT HAVE TO UTILIZE THE SELF CHECK-IN.

Just got a super sport membership due to one reopening in plano, decided to go to this one until it opens up. When I went to setup my finger print the person at the desk didnt know how to do it and kept trying to figure it out until she finally decided to get help about 5 minutes later, process was smooth and they were nice about it. The gym itself is somewhat compact, not sure if this is just the structure of all the 24hr gyms, anyone who has been to a lifetime fitness would know how well spaced out everything is. This gym is the complete opposite, equipment is almost stacked on top of each other. I havent quite found a downtime for this gym just yet, due to the summer I doubt I will, I happen to go up there at 10:30pm expecting a nice workout and the workout equipment was packed with college kids. I might have to find another 24hr to go to so I can get a decent workout in until the gym in plano opens up

Im guessing that there is a different staff in place now than in the previous reviews because I didnt experience any of these problems. Everyone was so nice & friendly when I walked in. The manager, Mario, was "super" exceptional! One of my girlfriends had her membership at this location & wanted to do some classes together so I had to upgrade my membership. Mario showed me around, was very friendly, & helped me get my membership upgraded for the best promotion they had at the time. I feel like he went out of his way to keep me a happy 24-Hour member. He was quick, efficient, & genuinely interested in my best interest as a customer. I love the layout of the gym, the equipment is great, & the locker rooms are phenomenal. Thanks "Super" Mario! -The Paleo Blogger

I visit this location 4-5 times a week consistently over the last year or so. It gets crowded around the busy times (Monday evenings, etc), but that is to be expected at any decent gym. Great equipment and clean facilities, with a newly refloored basketball court. I recently visited the Frisco location on Preston and the one off Park in Plano for a change of scenery and they dont even compare to the quality of this one. Courteous staff with trainers who seem to know what theyre doing. The one knock I would give this place is that there is no wifi, which makes music streaming really difficult during busy times. In comparison with other gyms around, 24 hour Castle Hills sets the standard.

I agree with previous statement of employees not so welcoming although there is one girl(Hawaiian), forgot her name who always seem to be in a happy mood which I appreciate. The manager or service rep just sucks and doesnt want to help you, if you want to cancel or put membership on hold, they try to haggle you. Really makes me not want to go there, but its close and convenient. Its kind of pricey too, which I am looking for an alternative. Employees need customer service training, they see you standing there needing something and continue to yap to each other. Need more staffing if thats the case.

Its just ok now... It used to be really nice, but the upkeep is pretty poor. Staff is nice, facility is nice and its big. Not the cleanest, but thats partly because the people who are members are pigs. Ive never been to a gym where people just throw clumps of hair into the shower and leave it, then just throw their towels on the floor for someone to pick up. Its not a bunch of teenagers, either. Ive never lived on other countries, but maybe its a cultural thing. Might make me change locations to one without a towel service tho. Towel service is an awesome thing, but people are not.
