Started with Torva last year in March and have been dedicated and loyal to their program since then. I have made incredible improvements in the last several months and look forward to the next year! Words can not express how grateful I am to ALL the coaches at this facility who have helped me through this journey. If you are looking for a gym/box (i still dont have all the crossfit lingo down), this is an amazing facility. The coaches are always ready to help, they make you feel welcome, and so do the other gym members.
