I signed up for OTF in Castle Hills after my first session in Aug 2015, I loved it! I especially loved the heart rate monitor and seeing your effort on the big screens. I remember thinking (panting out of breath), "Im running as fast as I am, why am I not in the orange zone"?!!! It definitely made me work harder and in working harder I got better at my running. I also learned to "appreciate" running on a treadmill. As an outdoor running person, that was difficult. But the varied workouts and programs helped. I tell everyone about the base-push-all out pace and have encouraged my friends to try it! Ive always run but Ive become much more confident about my running. This year, Ive just completed 2 half marathons and both within 3 weeks!! Ive also trained at Plano and Allen studios, equally enjoyable. All the trainers keep you motivated and its nice when they recognize you too. Being able to train at different studios is a plus. The app could do with some improvements such as being able to book classes at studios outside your base location. Overall, I enjoyed and learnt a lot from my OTF experience!

Frank V- I was unfortunate enough to get to witness your childish rant this afternoon. I think its unfortunate that you cant follow direction and show up when they tell you to so that they can perform theyre job as dictated by Orange Theory Corporate policies. These young ladies are always respectful and helpful to all of their customers, who dont come in acting like self absorbed idiots.. I think its sad that a man who fancies himself as such an important, and clearly very highly educated man, has to result to insults while throwing his fit. Good work!! On a positive note, this is a great workout, with a great staff and trainers, where you usually dont have to witness people who cant follow the rules throw temper tantrums. You should all try it if you havent...

My boyfriend and I joined OTF around the beginning of july wanted some fast results in order to join our family to hike Longs Peak which is a 14,000 ft elevated mountain in the Rocky Mountain National Park. We went from not having a regular work out schedule for a year to joining OTF and working out 4-5 times weekly. In just a month and a half we went from couch to 14er. Not only we were able to hike this mountain but we took the harsher route and rock climbed for 2 miles until we made it to the summit. Such a great turn around! We love the atmosphere and the inspiration to get to the gym every day. There is a contagious enthusiasm right when you walk in the door. You are competing with yourself and only you! Super happy to have joined Castle Hills OTF!

The manager is rude as a witch, not competent, very unprofessional, Arguing and fighting with the customers over the phone when asked a question And they message you in the middle of the night and early mornings, no specific times or rules and charge you as they want, No updates . new trainer every week and they wont even email you any important updates, very commercial and horrible customer service !! Beware people , this place is a big scam even if they are titled as orange theory its owned individually. They have a "dont care" attitude probably because of the customers they are getting, but its very sad they cant take care of their customers, DONT GO THERE !!! Take your business somewhere else where your money and time is appreciated !!

I consistently work out at the gym and have done so for the past 10 years. My wife is a professional trainer so I get lots of help from her as well. I tried Orangetheory Fitness when they opened the new gym in our neighborhood and got immediate results. Even though I was in good shape it helped me to loose the extra pounds I needed to see my abs which I have been struggling with. The instructors are the best I have met at any gym in the metroplex and the classes are well structured so that everyone gets the most out of the hour they spend with them. I would recommend this training for anyone whether they are just starting out, or getting in shape for a triathlon.

OTF has been amazing. I had a fusion in 2012 which has severely weakened my neck. I also had not worked out in 10 years. My body was super weak and I was in very bad shape when I started a year ago. I love OTF because its a full body workout in 55 minutes. The trainers are great and motivate me to be a better me. I have gained so much strength, since starting a year ago. I have lost 30 pounds and dropped 2 pant sizes. I still have a ways to go, but I know I will get there. I also love the people who come. I have made some great friendships.

This place has incompetent people working the front. Not even a high school education. Chris, if you have any understanding of how a businesses run, you will realize arrogance doesnt keep your business going. The "young ladies" obviously were more concerned to impressing you than doing the right thing. It was easy to make the call considering I arrived early. I wouldnt recommend your so called gym to anyone in Castle Hills or anyone in the community. Your words are representative of the level of service you provide.

I cant say enough great things about this place. No matter your fitness level, the workouts are for you. Each session is challenging, fun, and well organized. The staff has been nothing but gracious and kind to me. They greet me by name nearly every morning, and the coaches have always made any modifications for me that I may need without making me feel belittled or uncomfortable. If your workout routine is boring or ineffective, check out OTF. You will not be disappointed! And tell them Janice Cook sent you!

Lets be real, working out isnt always fun. The end result is great, but the working to get it not so much. That being said, classes at OTF are upbeat and pretty much as fun as you can get. The instructor and everyone in the class was very supportive and helpful. They had upbeat music playing and the hour flew by. I signed up after hearing a co-worker rave about OTF. She was definitely not wrong. Ill be going back.

My 4th experience at a OTF studio. Im a member a Colleyville, but Castle Hills is closer to my home. Ive also been to Preston/Forest and Plano locations. All pretty much the same. The only thing thats bothered me at this location is they didnt have the treadmills or weight stations numbered like they do at the other studios. Even my husband, the marathon runner, enjoyed the workout when I took him for a free class!

This is absolutely a wonderful work out....I started when they opened and am still doing it...you dont get injured like cross fit ....you have a trainer looking at you at all times ..... you are in competition with yourself .....And you meet really nice people. I am 54 most are much younger but they like me and I like them...better than a gym....Love the heart rate and absolutely love being in the Zone

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. Unlike Frank V, I believe the employees at Orange Theory (Castle Hills location) are knowledgable, respectful and very well organized. I have never once heard a bad thing about this location. Thank you for staying true to your members and providing full support to each individual that walks through your doors!
