Dont let the UFC in the gyms name intimidate you. You can work out on your own or attend a variety of classes they offer for clients of all fitness levels - novice or advanced. They also offer classes for kids, which is a bonus. What I think makes them stand out though is the people they have working there. Ive trained with the GM, Doug, for more than 5 years now and the qualities I see in him that have kept me loyal are qualities Ive seen in all the trainers at the Plano gym - theyre professional and run incredibly effective and motivating workouts. I would highly recommend them to anyone - invest an hour in the gym a few days a week and youll never get bored, but youll get hooked when you start seeing the results.

What a great gym! I just started working out there a couple of months ago and really love it. Ive had memberships at almost every gym in town and this one is the best. On top of having access to all of the machines and weights there are lots of classes you can take. Kickboxing, Daily Ultimate Training to list a few and my favorite, Dougs bootcamp. Each workout is different so you never get bored and I continue to see results. From rowing machines, battle ropes, TRX bands, sled push, etc. you get a wide variety of tools to use in order to maximize the effectiveness of your workout.

Best Gym in town hands down Ive been going to UFC Gym in Plano for 3 months now and have to say its literally the best gym ive been to ever. The gym not only has free weights, dumbells, squat/deadlift rack, bench press and machines they also have numerous classes they offer as well. Ive taken about 5 different classes and each have pushed me past limits I didnt think I could go. Jeremie Holloway and Nathan Cartwright are two trainers I have to boast about. There classes are intense and they motivate and empower you to keep going!

My family joined this gym because they are the only gym in the area that offers evening kids fitness classes at the same time as the adult classes. Your entire family can get it an amazing workout, at the same time! The classes always appeal to all fitness levels weather you are a beginner or a professional you will get a great workout every time and every day is something different so youre never bored! If you havent tried them out, what are you waiting for?!

UFC Gym Plano is a great new facility with state of the art equipment, friendly and knowledgeable trainers, and the best group fitness classes and boot camps I have ever attended! Each class offers something new and challenging to keep you progressing toward your fitness goals. I am exhausted after every class, but I always leave feeling great and proud of myself for what I have just accomplished. Doug is the GM, and he is awesome! Go see him today!

The gym is very nice and clean!!! Been a member since April and loving every bit of soreness I get after each class. All the coaches are awesome and make sure to correct your form if they are incorrect. I extremely enjoy the boot camp and DUT classes. I will eventually branch out into taking some kick boxing classes. The best thing about this gym is its such a tight knit crew and everyone is so friendly and welcoming!!

Best equipment, clean full modern weights, over 60 bags, full cage, clean spacious bathrooms with showers, helpful staff ready to train beginners to advance. Being in Plano, there are not many hard fighters at this particular UFC. Mostly just normal people looking for great workout no matter what level of fitness they are looking for. Great value under 90$ month. And they are open 6am to 9pm 7 days week!

UFC Gym is a one-of-a-kind hidden gem! Awesome environment, brand new equipment and super affordable price! I absolutely love the 5:45am boot camp class. Doug motivates me to work out harder than I ever would on my own and really helps me get results. They have brand new locker rooms where you can shower and get ready for work. Best staff, best gym, best price! I highly recommend it!

I go to the Boot Camps at the gym and love it! If you want a good cardio and strengthening workout, you need to come to this gym. It is clean and brand new. It is definitely a different way to workout, but it is also a good way. They have a early morning Boot Camp with Doug in the morning for women and co-ed boot camps throughout different times of the day each day.

I started boot camp at UFC Gym Plano several weeks ago and it is amazing! Doug is the best trainer I have ever had and I have already noticed myself getting so much stronger and toned. I am prepping for a wedding this fall and I couldnt have found a better place to get fit. I highly recommend joining and doing the boot camp classes!

This is a great gym! they have classes all throughout the day and the instructors do a great job of explaining the exercises to new people. The workouts are go at your on pace and are made so you can push yourself and get the best workout you can that day. everyone if very friendly and the kick boxing class if really fun!!!!

The location is good and easy to see from the road. The equipment seems new and it is a nice place to work out. The employees are very nice but their big opportunity is training them with paperwork. I wanted to transfer to this location and nobody knows how to do it but the general manager Mike who I have never seen!

Very surprise with this salon! My first time here and it was just mind blowing! Sanitary. Polite techs. Comfortable chairs. Prices are reasonable. The lady working on me was very professional and organized. Did everything gently. When she was done, every single nails on my finger was just stunning!

No matter how politically offensive I got, these folks never said a word to me and told me "You have right to speak your mind" Also coach Jacob is one of the best coaches you can ever have. He is attentive and he usually stays after class for couple more minutes to teach extra.

UFC focuses on a fit lifestyle! Excellent gym with dynamic group classes to fit anyones schedule. The facility is brand spanking new with state of the art equipment. All of the trainers are helpful and can teach to any skill level. My husband & I are incredibly glad we joined!

Great gym! Nice price and you get so much for what you pay for including the classes! The coaches there are awesome and helpful. It doesnt matter if youre out of shape or an awesome athlete the classes make it so everyone gets something out of them!
