I have used Accurate Electric several times over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. Robert shows up on time, gets the work done in a timely manner and is very personable and easy going. From the smallest things like installing a new light fixture to the more complicated repairs, Accurate Electric is a local individually owned company that I enjoy doing business with. I stay away from the franchise or corporately owned companies because I support local business and more often than not, you get better service and a personal experience anyway. I recommend Accurate Electric to all of my friends and family for all of their electrician needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good dependable electrician to keep in their roladex.

Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Honest, professional and fast. I had scheduled 2 other contractors to come out to give me an estimate because they would not even give me a rough idea on the the price of the job over the phone. Of the 2 only one showed up and they tried to hard sell me stuff I did not want or need and they were way to costly. I called Accurate Electric and not only could they give me a rough estimate over the phone but when the job was done they ended up coming in under budget. Yes, under budget! When I saw the invoice I was so pleased and surprised. I absolutely recommend them for any electrical job that needs to get done in a professional timely manner at a great price.

Satisfied with service; however, a $45 truck charge when the service was approved to be completed was expected to be deducted from the overall costs since work was completed or at least explained to the customer when the appointment was made. By paying this, I expected Robert to have everything needed to ensure a quick job completion rather than taking 25 minutes running to Lowes which was calculated in the overall hourly rate charged. Nice guy but seems a little bit of a milking the customer going on.

Robert from Accurate Electric has been my electrician for over 20 years. He takes the time to show me what needs to be done and doesnt do unneccessary work. Quality has always been excellent and he is timely and fair. I have reccomended him to anyone I know that needs an electrician.

When I called to get a quote, the gentleman that answered the phone came across rude. When I tried to explain what type of quote is needed, he sounded as thought it was an inconvenience. Too bad. He couldve gained a new customer with several commercial properties in the DFW.

Did not at all get what I asked for, and the electrician left two holes in my ceiling and left without finishing job.Constantly said he had other jobs to do and I wasnt his only client. Why start if you cannot finish? Never again will we use them. I feel ripped off.
