Had a few electrical projects I needed done and called Frisco Electric based on a recommendation from another source. I had multiple smoke detectors chirping like crazy and regardless what I did, they wouldnt stop. A late afternoon call and April was able to juggle some schedules and squeeze me in. Aaron stopped by and it was determined that the time had come to replace all 9 detectors...they were installed in 2001! I scheduled another visit to install all the new detectors, plus hang my new outdoor ceiling fan, and install a new outlet in the porch eaves. I couldnt be happier with the work that was done. The work area was left clean and neat. Aaron really cares about his job, his customer, and the environment...he recycled everything he could, rather than just dump stuff in the trash. The price was reasonable and fair...I would recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work.

January 6, 2017 was the first day of 2017 we in the McKinney area experienced snow flurries. My sister and brother-in-law had just left for a wedding out of town when it was noticed their heater in their home was not working due to no power. It was after 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon when I called Frisco Electric and was told their schedule was full, although she would check with the owner (Vince) if anything could be done. Vince called me back within 30 minutes, let me know he finished his previous job early, and he was on his way. Once he arrived, he quickly and efficiently determined the problem and made the necessary repairs before they arrived home that evening to a warm house. Many thanks to Vince, Frisco Electric in a job well done at a fair and reasonable cost. I will definitely use their service in the future and recommend them to those looking for an honest electrician.

Prompt and helpful, well use Frisco Electric going forward. An outfit called A-Appliance replaced a heating coil in our oven. The next day the oven kept tripping the breaker. A-Appliance came back out and said to call an electrician because the breaker was bad. We chose Frisco Electric based on their reputation. The electrician ruled out a breaker problem then examined the stove and fixed the problem - an improper ground (shouldve been an easy fix for A-Appliance - if theyd looked). We were back in business thanks to Frisco Electric. The bill was reasonable and there was no upsell pitch for unnecessary work or pressure to buy a "service contract". In 2010, Milestone said our entire panel needed to be replaced. Im so glad we didnt do it. We feel better knowing we can call Frisco Electric for future needs.

A while back my neighbor used Frisco Electric, and I wrote the name down,when I saw their truck, knowing that we were going to be needing some work done, as we recently had moved into a new house....so I called, and and now I know why my neighbor used their services...they are AWESOME!!!! In fact, I have used them twice now. Aaron-the tech guy was so professional, and he went above and beyond to insure that everything was in perfect working order! Aaron was incredible-also polite, and had good manners!!!! I will use them again, and referr them as much as possible! I cant speak for the rest of their employees, but I will vouch for Aaron anyday...Frisco Electric is lucky to have an employee like Aaron!

I had a fantastic experience with Frisco Electric. There was some confusion in what I had communicated to the woman on the phone to what was told to the technician, but he straightened it out. Aaron is very helpful, honest, and has great advice on placement of lights. He worked efficiently and the end result is perfect. He was upfront and honest about pricing and had great ideas for future estimates not only to be cost effective but to minimize drywall damage. I highly recommend them!

I am not usually one to write reviews, but Frisco Electric came to my rescue and I wanted to spend the time to let everyone know what a satisfied customer I am. Vince was very professional and resolved my electrical issue quickly. He was here on time, charged what he quoted me over the phone and fixed my problem quickly at a fair price! Great experience, will definitely save/bookmark them for future use. I had a number of issues that I wanted to have checked out; check all sockets, install new ceiling fan and install/check fire alarms throughout house. Curren and Bradley came on time, were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and if something needed to be replaced, they told me why. Fantastic Experience, price was reasonable and better than I expected.

The crew at Frisco Electric are great to deal with. Julie is wonderful in getting everything planned out. I had a huge list of things I needed to get done and they were able to schedule days to get it taken care of. The electrician who showed up was very knowledgable and knew when to alert me to what needed to be done to meet code and how it has to be completed to make it right. So far i am extremely satisfied with their work and I will continue to use them.

I have used and Referred Frisco Electric for about 10 years. I have been very pleased, and I will continue to recommend them to others. I find their prices very fair and very competitive. I have referred them to hundreds of people in Frisco, and surrounding areas, and the only complaints that I have heard are from people who want it done for free. If you can do it yourself, then go do it and shut up.

He genuinely cares about his employees and does everything he can to help them both professionally and in their personal lives. He does not focus on the "bottom line," but rather wants to put out quality work at a fair price, and help his employees along the way.

I have used Frisco Electric two times this year and have had excellent results. Since the first visit, I have been requesting Aaron by name. He is prompt and very professional. Prices are better than what I would expect. I also like the idea of using a local electrician vs. an unknown service desk that routes your call to a mystery electrician.
