LOVE THESE GUYS!!! GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT CONNECTION WITH PEOPLE AND CHILDREN. BROOKLYN IS VERY DEDICATED TO HIS JOB AND TRIES TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS ON ONE ACCORD. THE ONE THING THAT DISTURBS ME AS A CUSTOMER IS NO APPOINTMENT SETTINGS!!! AND IF THERE ARE APPOINTMENT SETTINGS I HAVE REPEATEDLY BEEN TOLD OTHERWISE!!! I MYSELF AS WELL AS OTHERS ARE VERY MOBILE AND CONSIST OF TIME MANAGING SCHEDULES. ITS NOT ONE BARBER IN THE SHOP THAT HASNT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY OF CUTTING MY HAIR, WHICH THEY ALL DO OUT STANDING! BUT THE LOST OF MY BUSINESS CAME FROM 2 CONSECUTIVE EXPERIENCE I SHARED WITH THEM. DUE TO GREAT BARBERS THE SHOP IS ALWAYS FULL. I ENTERED AND SAW EVERYONE HAD SOMEONE WAITING EXCEPT FOR ONE AND ASKED IF THIS PARTICULAR PERSON COULD GIVE ME A LINE NOT A CUT BUT A LINE. HE INSISTED I WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE AS IF HE DIDNT WANT TOO. I WAITED FOR A HOUR WHICH HIS CHAIR STILL WAS EMPTY WHILE OTHERS WERE FULL. ASKED ONCE MORE AND RECEIVED THE SAME REPLY, THEN DECIDED TO LEAVE....I DO NOT HAVE A SET BARBER IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THE PERSON I AM WILL BE WILLING TO TIP NOT ONLY THE PERSON WHO SERVICES ME BUT ALSO THE PERSON WHO USUALLY SERVICES ME (AS I HAVE BEFORE) TIPPING MY USUAL MORE THAN WHAT I PAY FOR A NORMAL HAIR CUT TRYING TO KEEP IT ALL BUSINESS.... IT SEEMED AS IF THE OTHERS (BROOKLYN EXEMPT) APPOINTED ME TO A PARTICULAR PERSON AND TRIED TO AVOID INSIDE CONFUSION INSTEAD OF SECURING ME AS A CUSTOMER!!! WITH THAT BEING SAID MAKE SURE WHO SERVICES YOU WILL BE YOUR ONLY AND CHOOSE WISELY. BROOKLYN IS WONDERFUL NO ISSUES WITH HIM BUT HE IS IN HIGH DEMAND. Im sure this is a great barbershop but, as a first time customer would not recommend going here. They have no organization or professionalism. My little brother and I got to the shop at 12:15 and were greeted as we walked in. I was starting to put the pieces together that they were picking favorites and people they knew over New customers. At 2:15, we had been waiting there longer than anyone else in the shop. I got up to tell the barber how long we had been waiting. I asked him who he had next and he proceeded to look around for someone and pointed at a guy he knew and told me that I would be after him. What kind of business is this? I was in town for the weekend and was extremely disappointed with this place. Just a suggestion to this shop: my shop back home has a sign in sheet to avoid any issues with who was first. Might wanna try that out. Will be taking my business this weekend to another shop.

I love this place and have only been twice , everyone there is so polite ! Brooklyn is the TRUTH . When a person truly loves what they do , it shows. The conversation he carries with his kid clients is awesome. He is so in tune with whats going on in their day to day lives , it shows he really cares. Brooklyn has gained my business!
