Worst experience ever at a hair salon. Went in for a color correction and a hair cut. Walked out paying over $200 for my roots to be dyed white and still have the same color I came in with everywhere else. I was not explained in detail what I would be paying for and got charged $37 for some shampoo treatment they said wasnt optional to take out of the bleaching process. My stylist was running behind 30mins or so and then while Im waiting to get my bleach washed out, shes goes and cuts someone elses hair and leaves me with an assistant who half ass washes my hair and leaves bleach on my skin after wards. She also put some random toner in my hair that wasnt supposed to be put in at all and I have grey streaks on my temples where she didnt wash it out correctly. Then after my wash slash half assed blow dry, the stylist finishes up her other hair cut and then comes back to me and says that we shouldnt go darker and that its as good as its gonna get for now. I was so frustrated, I left. Completely disatisfied with this service. Lack of professionalism, complete lack of empathy. Total waste of money. I will never go back.

Im sad to say that after being a Breeze customer for over 9 years I will no longer be taking my business there. For the money you pay for a Master Stylist youd expect him/her to do your hair from start to finish ,but in my experience thats not been the case. I only see my Master Stylist for the few brief moments it takes her to do my hair color touch up and after that Im passed off to someone else to wash and style my hair. In another incident, my daughter had come with me to get her bangs trimmed and our stylist told her she didnt have time because she had another appointment immediately after mine. However, she just went to the back of the salon and sat there on her phone for at least 30 min while my daughter got her bangs trimmed by someone else. The experiences Ive had there lately are to many to mention. To me its become more about how many people they can get through the door. I get it its a business, but in the process the quality of customer service has become very poor.

Breeze Salon is like a spa, basically. I mean, "spa" is even in the name! And, while they do offer spa treatments, even just a haircut is a spa-like experience. The shampoo room is dark, with low playing music. Your scalp will be massaged, and with the ambiance you definitely feel relaxed. While the cost is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth the money. Not only will you enjoy the spa-like experience, your haircut will be perfect! I used to go to bargain hair salons, but my haircut was never what I asked for. Its like they couldnt replicate a picture I brought in, or couldnt imagine what haircut I had exolained to them (though they acted as if they did). So my haircuts were okay, but not what I wanted. Breeze Salon has employees that can totally nail the haircut you want. I have never left disappointed. The woman who I see makes sure I feel confident in replicating the styling procedure at home, too. Highly recommend this salon.

The hair stylist I had was nice. The salon over all looked nice. The price for having my hair curled was....not what I expected. My hair definitely was not like my picture I showed. I ran out of time so I couldnt really say anything right there and then, noon 12 May 2017. The curls were very weak that they truly fell down as soon as I stepped outside. Not a humid day. My hair takes curls very well. Sadly I feel I could have curled my own hair for the price I paid. I went to the ball with pretty flattened curls.

Very disappointed in my color! The stylist are very full of themselves yet dont deliver. My so called highlights were so nonexistent that my husband said "I thought you were getting your hair done today?" when he saw me. I asked for fun and chunky color and $100 later I received barely noticeable. I called numerous times before finally getting a return call. Then the stylist told me that it would lighten over time and that she would not do more highlights. Stay away!!!!!!

It took me 50 years to find the best colorist/stylist. Maria is able to make my hair look like Im 22 years old, I kid you not. I hated the way other stylists made me look like a matron. Granted, my hair is super-thick for someone my age, and wavy, so she does have a lot to work with. But everybody else has always done such a lousy job I gave up on looking good. Maria is simply awesome.

Not a good choice for today’s working class client. Extremely expensive. I do not think they are any better than any of the other salons in town. Convenient, but not better. For the price I would expect a little more. If you are the type that will only buy name brand, this may be your place. If you are looking for great quality at reasonable rates, you may try somewhere else

If you are ever planning on having something drastic done to your hair (in my case blonde to dark brown) GO HERE! They did a great job taking time to consult with me and pick the color and followed through with exactly what they said they would do. It is always nice to see that "professionalism" still exists. These guys are great.

We love going to Breeze in Georgetown. The service is friendly and like visiting a friends house. We have been customers for MANY years. I remember my first haircut at Breeze way back when they were in a small house/studio on the other side of Georgetown with only one location. Been exciting to see them grow!

Bought a giftcard for $150 from their for my wife. She had to reschedule a appointment 2 times, do to family issues, and they told her she wasnt welcome at their salon and wont refund our money. Very unprofessional people i would not recommend going their. They will steal your money.

I think it is very high cost, they make you feel like a herd of cattle. Its like they want you in and out and paying as much as you can while your there. I was told this by two different people but thought they were exaggerating. Now I know its all true.
