I asked for black hair. I got dark brown. When I told them it wasnt black DURING MY APPOINTMENT I was told I was mistaken and to give it time and look at it in the sun. I made an appointment for 1 week later in case I wanted something further done. I called 4 days after confirming with friends that it was not black. They said they will fix it free of charge. I go in 4 days after that for my appointment and the owner tells me that theyre going to charge me because it had been a week and I probably didnt use the right hair products to maintain color. I let her know I was indeed using color protectant products and that it was never black. She did nothing to make up for any of this. I asked why they didnt call me so I could be aware and not leave work early for the appointment, and she said they didnt have my number (even though I filled out paperwork with my info during the appointment. I paid 150... loved them and first but this is just an unacceptable way to handle this.. smh

I had a way different experience than everyone else. I went in to my appointment with Ashley Campbell and told her I wanted something different. I also told her I loved the length of my long, full, curly hair and if she cuts it short itll turn into a triangle. So she proceeds to cut off my long beautiful curls in short layers. That poof up into a triangle! Also when she finishes she puts some product in. I tell her Im going to need hairspray. And she said "Oh I know curly hair. You wont need it." Haha YEAH RIGHT! I leave with nothing new and a terrible triangle cut (exactly what I said I didnt want). 10 minutes later--Im not even home yet and my hair is poofed up. Ashley Campbell thinks she knows curly hair but she does not. If you have curly hair do not go here. Unless you want to be disappointed. I will never be returning.

I had a spa day here thanks to my husband. I spent an entire 4 hours here getting a massage, a facial, a mani and a pedi. Andrea is a master of her trade. So sweet and very knowledgeable. The rest of the girls were all very friendly and welcoming as well. I felt so relaxed and refreshed by the time I left and I love the way my nails turned out. Very pleased and would most definitely recommend Pure Salon to anyone who wants to feel fabulous.

I recently moved here from Calitornia and have been going to the Pure Salon for color and haircuts for almost a year. I love it. The stylists are professional, friendly, and acomodating. When I leave the salon, I feel fantastic and my hair looks wonderful. I even receive compliments not only from my husband, but from his business colleagues. I highly recommend Pure Salon for anyone who desires a great experience!

Pure is a great salon. The staff is friendly, efficient and very well trained. I actually enjoy getting my hair cut. They have a wide selection of Aveda products that are excellent. I didnt believe there was a difference in hair products until I tried them. The other services beside hair care like facials, etc. are a treat not to be missed. Try it!

Ashley Campbell is a great stylist. We miss having her here in Colorado. She cut and styled my hair for years, after I had been around to several different big salons never really being satisfied with what they did. I ended up taking my kids to her as well, and no more tears for them, they always loved what she did. I highly recommend trying her!
