Worst salon experience Ive ever had. Walk in, the lady is very rud. Her name is Darcy or something. Tells me shes not sure if she can get the blue out of my hair, but will try and charge me anyways. Owner comes in, shes talkin to me like Im stupid and very rude. Both girls say how ugly my hair is. Bleach is in, or else I wouldve walked out. She dropped the heavy shampoo bottle on my head while shampooing the bleach. Once bleach is rinsed, you can tell where she didnt properly apply it because its still a dark blue vs the now light pink, blue, and purple in my hair. (My hair was all blue atthebeginning) applys the color and puts me under the dryer for 30 mins. Than does a rinse and conditioning treatment. Tones my hair. Rinses again. Half way cuts my hair and says shell even it up once my hair is dry. The cut was so uneven that when I got home I had to get my mom to fix it! Multiple chemical burns on my forhead, neck,and ears. At this time my hair is a dark brown, and she insist its blonde! Are you blind? Oh and these two ladies are bad mouthing all these people I dont even know, and Im assuming their "friends" or coworkers they are speaking about. I tried very hard to be friendly but both women wee sick up and rude!! I will never go back here.the worst experience Ive ever had. My color didnt even come out even, its splochy, lifeless and ugly!! 150 for the worst treatment Ive ever had is ridiculous. I strongly encourage you ladies ( and men) book somewhere else.

Girls- if you want to be bullied into getting your hair RUINED go to Trendz. I went in with white blonde hair, wanting golden blonde hair. I left four hours later with GRAYISH GREEN hair! They proceeded to tell me it was the lighting in the room and a "film" on the mirrors. She acted completely oblivious to my green hair and my sobbing for the last hour of the appt. and still charged me. She claims she did a great job. I AM PRETTY SURE SHE IS COLORBLIND. Second, I am convinced Trendz isnt even a real business. They asked my sister to email them her credit card number instead of swipping it there... SKETCH. The business they are running is probably illegal. The owner pays the employees under the table. And the workers are the most unprofessional i have ever encountered. They talk crap about each other behind each others backs to you. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this hole-in-the-wall "salon." Do not go!!!! Do not go!!!!! you WILL cry yourself to sleep.

I am a teacher in Waco and I first met Mel a year ago... she offered me a free facial and i have been her customer since. This girl is a Skin GENIUS... She has helped me clear up my adult acne and knows exactly what i need everytime i visit. She doesnt try to sell me anything and she is honest and effecient. She has the nicest attitude and is always on target when telling me what products to use. She is CHEAP and she knows skin. She always knows how to fix my skin issues... I think she is Wacos best kept secret... i promise, if you are having skin concerns... she can fix it!!!!!!! The salon she is at is also a great place to check out. The ladies there are all nice and and the salon seems to have a good atmosphere. CHECK IT OUT!!

I just had my eyebrows sugared by Jenny, and she was great!! She was personable, friendly, and so fast. I actually arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment (I wasnt sure how long it would take me to get there) and Jenny was on her way out the door to head to the bank. However-she went ahead and took me early and she was so friendly about it. I cannot tell you how pleased I have been with my decision to go there. You can text or call Jenny and It will be worth it! She was great. I wont be going anywhere else in Waco.

I called Trendz Salon yesterday and asked if they were open on Sunday (which they werent) but I couldnt get in any other time because I am a full time student and have a full time job. Katrina came in on Sunday morning, opened the shop, and did an AMAZING job on my hair. She was sweet and friendly and my hair came out better than I imagined. She also squeezed in my friend I brought while I was getting my highlights processed. The price was extremely reasonable and Im definately going back!!

The worst thing about moving was finding another salon that I liked as much as my other one, but I found one that I like even better than my old one! They are like fairy godmothers, you can go in looking ho-hum but come out looking oh yum! I see Penny and every time she has done a fabulous job on my hair! All of the ladies do a fantastic job and you will not be disappointed!

Uhh...in my opinion, its too expensive! $30 for acrilyc nails?! I can go to a 5 star nail salon and it costs 20-25! I would lower the price! You are asking for too much money!!! Plz make the price low, I would always want to go there since its in my area!!

Mel did my make-up for my boyfriends party, and my brows, last minute, and gave me a free skin consultation,all on a Sunday... she was quick and very good at listening to how I wanted my make up. I will be back to this salon! Thanks Mel! - Mya K
