When I first started using this cleaners, it was okay. Not great, but good. One or two of the employees were really good. But, lately, the employees have rotated out and have new people in. Just during the last two visits: 1. Clothes ere not ready when promised/asked for. 2. Work was not complete (asked for sewing work). 3. When sewing was done (late), only half of request completed. 5. The $400 pants in #2 and #3 were lost. Hot some "skinny jeans" in return. Eventually this was straightened out. 6. All of the above was on one order, took 3 trips to get straight, so I count that as ONE 7. On the SECOND issue, one of the shirts was returned with a 6" rip. After the shirt was laundered. The manager insisted it came in that way and refused to refund the cost of the shirt. DO NOT take your colt hes here.
