I came in here on Thanksgiving Day 2016 to get my hair dyed. I told the hair stylist I wanted it grey and she had told me okay. Dying your hair grey takes a process. You have 3 sessions but this girl did it all in ONE day! So unprofessional. Even I knew you have to go multiple times to get your hair dyed to grey. Anyways I was there for 5 hours. She was rinsing off my hair, removing the foils from my hair and I noticed the trash can where she was throwing away the foils. I saw LONGGGG chunks of hair! It was MY HAIR! I was shock, I didnt say anything because I didnt want to look rude in front of everyone. She didnt tell me my hair got burnt/damaged off by the bleach until I started paying! I will never come here ever again! Save your money! I had to pay $175 for this crap. Next day my hair turned GREEN. I went back and told her my hair had turned green and she was like "haha yeah its cause I was in a hurry and didnt leave the toner on for a long time" LIKE WOW! So unprofessional! Now today March 2017, I had to cut my long hair really short. Cut it to my shoulders due to the hairstylist damaging my whole hair! I still have damage on my hair. Dont come here!!! Go to a professional! She clearly dont know what shes doing

LOVE!!! I went to a different salon where the stylist that "did my hair" didnt do a good job. She only bleached the BOTTOM of my hair when I CLEARLY said I wanted to get rid of ALL the black and that I wanted ombre. My hair didnt even get blonde, it was brown and I hated it. Anyways, a week later I went to DeCache to get it fixed and the OWNER herself did my hair in less than 3 hours!!! She bleached all of my hair, colored the top and then styled it. The price wasnt even that much as the other place for just the tips of my hair. I would recommend DeCache to ANYONE... I know one of the stylists there and shes very nice along with the others. :) I am in love with my hair!

This beauty salon is just starting but it is great. The stylists are all very nice and the environment is calmed. The salon just opened a few months ago but i know they have a lot of satisfied clients.... Nelly, the owner, whom ive known for more than 2 years, has a great sence of style and can help you out no matter the problem. i have never found anyone other than her who can please me on the way i want my hair. Go by and i promise you wont be able to prove me wrong.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I walked in there wanting an ombre a red one. I ended up with a white blonde and it wasnt faded into my layers at all. I also asked for a hair cut and they only cut 1 finger of lenghth instead of 4. After all of this they wanted to charge me $140 in total. I called back after 2 days to see if they could fix it and they did nothing. They were veery rude. I dont recommend this place AT ALL. Sorry
