The one star is for friendliness. I asked for a Master stylist, the best you have. They gave me Kirstin. I explained what I wanted in details plus a picture. I asked for steps and got a bob, just a big bulk of hair. Awkward length and just the worst haircut I had in my life. All I said to her was, this was not like the picture and she said it would not work with your hair because you have a lot of hair!! I did not make a scene or say anything and even left a tip because I said whats done is done. I am a new mom that needed a change and I had gorgeous long hair, now I have a shoulder length bob. Thank you for making me feel worse about my image. My hair and $55 + tip down the drain. P.S. Even the blow dry was bad, I would have done a better job home.

I was hesitant to have an appointment with Kirsten due to the reviews I saw here. Ignore them! I had her cut my 7 year old daughters hair, who has various special needs (read super wiggly and not the best at following directions), and she was AMAZING with her. She was patient, engaged her, and just went with the flow. I liked her so much I made an appointment for myself the next day. I have very long and thick hair. She trimmed it up for me and gave me long layers. She did a fantastic job and is just the sweetest! We found our new go to hair stylist. Dont hesitate to see her, you wont be disappointed.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!! BUTCHERED MY DAUGHTERS HAIR TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO HER WEDDING. I WILL BE GLAD TO PROVIDE PICTURES OF WHAT KRISTIN CALLS "LONG LAYERS" DISGUISTED!!! I love this place! My color and cut are always on point. I feel like Angela always carefully listens to my questions and suggestions before making her recommendations. I also got my bridal make up and up-do done there by their fabulous team! My bridal crew looked amazing thanks to In Color.

All of the stylists are very friendly and since the very first time I have been there I have been recognized by name. My son and husband have gotten cuts by several stylists and they have all done a great job. I am a bit pickier, but my stylist is equally phenomenal.

I had my first appointment with Martin Huerta. I knew that walking into a Paul Mitchell salon, that things would work out on my behalf. He did a fantastic job with my cut and color. I will definitely go back and will request Martin to do my hair again.
