Unprofessional African American hair styler, she was so angry because I said I do not like my hair can you change the front waves? she got mad at me, she did not accept my money and told me that she would call security if I do not leave!!!!! I had been visiting Galveston from Canada, It was the worst experience I have ever had in North America.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The hairdresser was very kind and gave me exactly what I wanted! It came out looking even better than the picture, and better suited to my face. She even kept the store open a few minutes after closing time so she could get the layers just right!

Im a Miss Sherrell loyalist. Shes been my go-to for a year, and Id hate to have to explain to anyone else how I want my cut. Sherrell just knows. Shes good at what she does, and we cut up while shes doing it. :-)
