WOW never thought I would write a bad review but this store did nothing to help their costumer after the Christmas holidays. I received an extra Bon Bon palettes and better than sex mascara during a Christmas gift exchange and went to the store to exchange for something else. Also had a perfume that I did not like and wanted another that I did. The lady behind the counter said I am sorry but without a gift receipt or payment receipt we can not help you. I explained that I was not asking for money back just an exchange for something else in their store. Was not willing to do anything for me. Told me that they did not know if the product was bought in the store or stolen. Are you kidding me I explained to them it was a gift from a game and not sure who brought it so I did not have any type of receipt I just want to exchange it for another product for the same value. Nope not going to do that because theft does happen. I even called corporate and they sent an email to the general manager of the store and still a week later I have not heard from them. Called several time and spoke with an Ass. Mang telling me that they want to help me out and would call me back the same day and we would resolve this matter and guess what NO PHONE CALL Again. I can not believe that they would treat a person like this and not help out more than saying NO we cant.

I recently placed an order from Ulta. I only ordered one item so I wasnt expecting too much. When I got to the check out options, I was offered a few different choices of samples to choose from. COOL, I thought, and I chose "fragrance" samples to come with my order. Today, I received my order. It contained my original item, and guess what. Two fragrance samples, FOR MEN. But Im a lady. What am I supposed to do with that.......thank goodness I have a boyfriend that will MAYBE use them. Why even offer this option if youre going to send something that I cannot use. I didnt even know Ulta sold anything for men, until now.

Where to Begin... I visited this Business on August 21st, 2017, and the reason for my visit was to smell some of the male colognes the have in stock. Take into account I am Male(Mexican). As soon as I walked into the store not 3 minutes in I got accused of stealing a Tester they had in display. And after realizing it was only my sunglasses that i had put in my pocket. They still had the audacity to tell an employee to "Fix Some bags" in the same lane Where the male colognes where at. Yeah, right he was obviously there keeping an eye on me as if I were some kind of thief. IF YOU ARE MALE BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!

I made an appointment with a Sr. Stylist for my daughter, it was her wedding day. Sent pictures of the style she wanted to the Sr. stylist a week in advance, arrived to find no Sr. stylist on duty and had to take the only person they had. Unfortunately it was her fist day on the job and my daughter was her first client ever. Her hair was fine if she was going to play in a softball game, messy braids with flyaway hair everywhere, just plain messy. The girl that did my hair did not do a good job either, it was so bad I did not want to take pictures.

My wifes hair salon experience was found to be lackluster at the very best. The two women professing to be hair stylists proved to be inexperienced when it came to coloring my wifes hair. And because their supplies were in such short order, the hair stylist ended up having to pull color tubes out of the trash to squeeze the few remaining dollops out. Lastly, after only two weeks, the new color had severely faded. It looks bad. We had a very unsatisfactory experience and cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others.

ive been to numerous ultas and this is one of the worst Ive ever been in . (BECAUSE OF THE STAFF) I asked the staff if they carried Paulas Choice and the girl and the guy told me " I dont think you know what youre talking about cause neither one of us have heard of it" sorry to tell you guys but they sell it at Nordstrom and Dillards but ulta was closer so i TRIED there and big mistake. They need some professionals thats all

Wonderful first experience at the Salon. I scheduled my appointment online(the website was glitchy so I had to download the app on my phone to get it to work) with Brenda. Quite experienced and very talkative(in a good way). A friend and I both left extremely happy with results and Im definitely going back to her. If youre thinking about trying out Ultas Salon, definitely go to Brenda(shes worth the extra $10).

The staff would not even look at me to help. A couple of them were more interested in looking in the mirror at themselves. I finally found what I was looking for and it was out of stock. I settled for something else, and then when I went to check out the lady was not even up there. I waited for a few minutes and then just walked out. I went to Walgreens and got the same exact thing with no problems.

A lot of items are OUT OF STOCK on a regular basis. Staff is hit and miss. A few are nice and helpful, the rest run away. I rarely get my freebies, even when I show up early. Ordered online during a promotion the minute it started and didnt get my free $60 gift with purchase.

A Sweet little Ulta! Only thing they dont do (that they should) is automatically add samples in your bag with your purchase. Which they dont. Other than that, cant complain too much!
