I have been going to VC for several years. Marianna is my colorist and stylist! I love her! She listens to what you want and since I have been going to her, she will always tell me what style compliments me best. That is important to me because I like a lot of cute hairstyles but they dont necessarily look good on me. I have used Lenore and Sandra, Lenore mostly when Marianna is out and she is good also. Sandra only did color for me and it was ok, but not as good as Marianna. My daughter went to Sandra and had a difficult time. She explained how she wanted her color (blended) was the term she used and when Sandra finished she had a wide streak in front and the rest blended. Since it was late and close to closing time they made another appointment with Sandra for her to fix it, but when my daughter went back Sandra re-did the color but she didnt bother to blow dry my daughters hair. Now I was disappointed also because I recommended VC to my daughter. She was unable to get Marianna because she was booked, the cost of getting her hair done was $200. They did not charge for the re-do thank goodness. My daughter is a single mom and rarely has the money to get her hair done, so this was special for her but turned out not special at all! She will most likely not return. If Marianna leaves I will probably have to find another salon also! Love you Marianna!!

I was referred to Raina from a co-worker at work. I was surprised when I called to make an appointment that she could do my hair later that day. I live an HOUR away. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted & seated in a awkward "seating area which was three chairs facing the reception desk. When it was my turn,(2:30pm) Raina asked me what I wanted to do and I had stated that I wanted a chocolate brown and showed her a picture. I also stated, my hair ALWAYs pulls red and I DO NOT want red hair. She put the color in my hair and sat me to wait while she started another customers foils. I checked the clock and it was 4:00pm. She finally came over and said the "timer" was almost up, she was going to rinse me out shortly. Five minutes later she rinsed it and then sat me back in the waiting chair with a wet head and towel wrapped around my hair and said she was going to finish putting in the other clients foil. After she was finished, she blow dried my hair (4:45pm). I went straight home cried & the next morning bought a BOX and did it myself & got chocolate brown!! I will NEVER EVER be going back to this crap hole. Worst customer service.

Made an appointment for noon with their basic stylist, all I wanted was a simple haircut. They call me while Im on my way and say shes "running behind" and if its ok to move appointment to 12:30, i say thats fine and i stop and get lunch instead of going in. Lunch runs just a tad long and i check in at 12:36, the girl at the counter says she doesnt know if the stylist will see me since Im a little late. She then informs me that the stylist is already going to lunch and that i could wait for the next available one if i want. I decide to wait and after half an hour opted to just go home, couldnt stand to hear the clerk rant on about how some acquaintance of hers is always telling her her and her boyfriend will never be married and that she "just cant even handle that"... i usually just go to my barber but hes on vacation, and if the service at this location is indicative of the service at San Jacinto Mall in general, i see why the place is a ghost town of a mall.

Im new to Baytown and I was in dier need of getting my hair done and I honestly didnt know where to go so I called Visible Changes today and I was scheduled the same day. I will note that if you have ethnic hair like me let them know ahead of time so they can get you with the correct stylist that can handle your hair type. I was a little late to my appointment but they still promptly got me washed and seated with a stylist. I had this wonderful lady Daniella today and she was SUPER nice and gentle with my hair, she listened to what I had to say and she did an excellent job on my hair. I definitely recommend this place!

The stylists at the San Jacinto Mall location in Baytown are great!! My favorite employee is super sweet lady at the counter, Ash!! She is always so polite and helpful. Angel did an awesome job on my color and I have had cuts done by several stylists. If you want professional and speed go see Zoebee, Daniella or Rosa!!! These ladies Rock!!! The salon needs a major overhaul as far as appearance and being updated. I hope to see the salon stay in this area.

I have been going to Visible Changes in the San Jacinto Mall in Baytown, TX for years now. I use Mariana whenever I am able to, which is nearly all the time. You have to make an appointment because she stays busy. She is very sweet and really a GREAT hairstylist. She does my highlighting, color, cut, everything. I highly recommend her & don't think anyone that uses her will be disappointed. Sharon Terrell

I was very skeptical about getting my hair cut short again. I went to master cuts for a bob and came out with a mullet! Today Jessica at VC washed cut and styled my hair and I absolutely love it! Plus she walked me through everhthing she used and explained its purpose! I will definitely be coming here for now on. I absolutely loved the friendly staff and most of all my hair!

I called @t 5 today ..to see if they could get me in for highlights ...and the gentleman made no attempt to see if they could squeeze me in so I asked for friday and same thing there booked so he says.... so he said they have a opening for sat at 6pm ....he has no costumer service skills very upset b/c My first visit there I had jessica do my hair and she was awsome .....

Ive been using Marianna (master stylist)at the San Jacinto VC for over 6years now. Shes the only person I trust with my now 10 year old daughters curls as well as my own (natural) hair. Marianna is so knowledgeable...she listens to your request, and has coached me through taming my daughters hair between visits. I will never trust anyone else with my kids hair!!

I have been going to Visible Changes for over 30 years, they have always been professional and courteous. Kevin has continually given me the best haircut I have ever received any where in the surrounding Baytown area! The whole staff are always friendly and cheerful. Dont know who Dr. speck is but it appears he/she is not talking about the same place!

Zoebee is who Ive been going to for years and Id highly recommend her for anyones cut and style. She is knowledgeable about the different cuts and helpful when you cant decide on what you want. She also takes pride in her work and genuinely wants to make you look good so I look forward to my appointments with her and cant praise her enough
