The interview process was fine. I interviewed with Kristen. Shewas nice and said she would hear back from the employer probably the next day to schedule an interview with them directly. I waited a few days and didnt hear anything so I checked up and she said she was still waiting. I waited I think another week and contacted her coworker Lindsey, who was also in contact with me and she said they were still waiting. I knew they were giving me the run around because if you claim the employer is super responsive why would it suddenly take this long? Finally I checked in a final time and didnt hear anything back... they just ignored me. I understand not everyone is a perfect fit for every position...rejection is part of life, but seriously be more professional and reach out. Its called COMMUNICATION, people. Also I know its your job to get people in for interviews but statements like "when you start" etc makes it sound a little by too promising. "If you are chosen to move forward..." makes a little bit more sense.

They are horrible. This office should be very ashamed of the unprofessionalism they have going on in there. The operations manager his wife and theyre cousin who is out there on the Becthel site in Baytown. They should be fired for the way the talk to the employees, the way they handle situations when one comes up and a$$ kissing of the site supervisor over the security of Becthel. Its a shame. Ive seen people fired for voicing there opinion. People quit because of the rudeness of the operations manager, the captain,and the Becthel site supervisor, when they took the chairs from the workers and told them they have to stand up for 8 hours. And the constant change of rules is RIDICULOUS. The management needs to really be changed around there. Yall wonder why there is a high turn over rate this is part of the reason why.

0 stars please. This place is the best place to waste your time. They lie. They lie and they lie more. All they want is your info on their system to show the bosses they are working. Kirsten is the worse she acts nice but thats it. Dont waste your time going in if they call you. You will waste 2 hrs of the time you should be looking for an actual job.

Wish I didnt have to give 1 STAR, This is the Most dysfunctional, Nonchalant, Unconcerned company I have every came in contact with. EVERYONE of the "officers" I have came in contact with including supervisors suck and have I dont give a damn attitude. Whom ever owns this agency should get rid of everyone and start over, including managers

The staff is understanding in my working needs. Other agencies flat out wouldnt work with my school schedule and would tell me in so many words a freaking $8.00 an hour job was better than getting my degree in machining! The nerve of these people. So thanks to Lofton I work at night and school in the morning.

The Houston branch DO NOT recognize their loyal and dependable workers. There arent any raises, promotion goes to their favorites and not to those with dedication. By all means avoid working and doing business with these people.
