This staffing agency rips people off by promising their clients that you will work overtime for them without informing you. Then the client tells you they need overtime people when youre on site and that the client and Burnett have approved the overtime. If you agree to do the overtime, then at the end of the contract when it comes to signing off on your time sheet for the last pay period of the contract, the client will screw you by putting a different manager to sign off on the time-sheet at the same time reducing your hours saying that they did not authorize all the extra hours. When you complain to Burnett by asking them about all your overtime, their answer will be that the client changed their mind. This a tactic that Burnett used on multiple contractors. They knew that by screwing you over on the last check, you will probably not complain because you would hope they could line you up for another contract. Me and several people went through this issue. If you complain they blacklist you and wont give you a positive referral. I had to threaten them with reporting what they were doing to the labor board before they paid me my overtime. Of course then they refused to put me on another assignment. Honestly I regret not telling the labor board anyway. Avoid this company like the plague. Their client is whats important to them, you are just a piece of meat. This happened to me several years ago. Over the years Ive heard other people getting screwed by the client and Burnett. Obviously nothings changed. Oh and be careful when filling out their forms, they will sell your private information to information brokers. Just another way they steal from you without you realizing it.

Im really impressed with Burnett Staffing. Ive just been placed thru Burnett with a company I was contemplating applying with for quite some time. I found Staffing Manager & Recruiter, Kristy Roberts, to be extremely interested and concerned about my personal well-being and truly proactive with helping me find a place where I could be comfortable and enjoy my work again, which I have not had for a while. She truly cares about the candidates she is personally working with and wants them to succeed. I would highly recommend Kristy Roberts for helping you with your job search. This place is a joke dont waste your time. They called me and told me they had a position for me when I asked what it was the receptionist told me she didnt know what it was for but I would be meeting with Brandi. I went to go meet with Brandi and she tells me they DONT have a position for me right now but would let me know when they do. So they wasted my time wasted my gas.... to tell me you didnt have a position open for me...smh. Yeah I will not be back and I will tell all of my SOCIAL MEDIA friends and everyone I know that this place is a big joke! Its too bad they have a nice office...lol! Just because it looks nice on the outside doesnt mean its real on the inside.

Carmen is a wonderful operations manager! She is professional, efficient and a good listener! All my testing was emailed to me which not only saves time for both the recruiter and the candidate, but also makes the candidate less nervous during testing. When I went to the office for my appointment with Carmen, she was quick and very efficient! I have never before registered with an agency and been given an assignment before I even left the office!!! I am thrilled with my relationship with Carmen at Burnett and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for work! Thanks Carmen!! I love the assignment and hope to have another one when this one ends!!

I worked with Krista C at Burnett Staffing, they helped me to change the direction of my career and use my transferable skills. What a fantastic team they have, everyone helped me at some point, I started as a contractor for a temporary assignment and got hired directly by the company. I got a permanent position in a well established company. The staff is honest and really went out of there way for me, they stuck to there word, worked around me and got me what I wanted. Burnett Staffing are excellent and would rate them to anyone, Overall, excellent agency who will do what they say when they say. Thanks for your help.

I spent 5 - 6 months using several recruiters with no luck when I was trying to make a switch from Dallas to Houston. I ran into a job opportunity posted by Burnett Staffing and was called to interview. I worked with Christen, who was incredibly helpful. What I liked about her the most was that she actually listened to what I was looking for in a company and used that to narrow down my job search. Within a week of working with her I had an interview, and within two weeks a job offer. I am still working at this company and am so grateful to Burnett Staffing for doing such a great job with assisting me in my job search!

One of the best staffing agencies I have ever been employed with. Krista and Ruth are the best around. They placed me in a position and when it ended found another for me within a week. The entire time I was on location they kept in contact with me and let me know how well or if any bad reports were being made. I have nothing negative to say about the agency at all based on my time with them. I have moved to a permanent position and received a very generous salary. I still keep in contact with the agency just in case a day comes I need work again. I know I can go to them and count on them to get me placed.

Well there are a lot of things I can say about Burnett Staffing, especially 9800 Richmond location. Great staff, great location but most important the one individual that helps you there, and I am happy to say Krista C was awesome. She understood my situation of being unemployed, laid off multiple times and she responded quick! Yea at times she was a bit of a knuckle head LOL but shes awesome! Thanks Krista! She helped me land in a great position, permanent, and work with great people. I would recommend Burnett Staffing to anyone out there who needs help. Thanks Burnett for your care and your support!

Ive been employed by Burnett Staffing several times over the past 12 years. Everytime Ive come back to the agency I am embraced by an a team of people that anxious and willing to get you back in the working world. The calibur of jobs are phenomenial. When it comes to your needs and wants they deliver. I have never had a bad experience with this team. I cherish them all and cant wait to work with them again They are one of the best for a reason, if you pass up the chance to work with these team sorry for you. They are truly the best in the business.

Called to me in 15 minutes after I submitted application, sound very promising during interview, collected all my personal information SSN/DL, made me signed agreement and W4 form. Not ever response for all my requests to apply, no answer on phone, no response on emails...NO JOB was found for me at all. I had ask them to delete all my information on them website and shred hard copies. I advise other to do same if Burnett do not provide any service. If we are not good enough, so do not use our information as asset of them database.
