I am a guy who has long hair, or I DID have long hair until I came here. I asked the girl who was to cut my hair that I wanted the back cut to match the rest of the length as it was longer than what I had on the sides and on top. I am limited to what I can see after my glasses are taken off and before I knew it she had chopped off ALL MY HAIR! My instructions were VERY CLEAR. I even told her in conversation that after Halloween Id be cutting it all off and I guess Halloween came early. I regret paying for this haircut and will not be going back. Thank you Yumi for being neglectful to what I was asking for.

I was recommended to come here by an employee while shopping at Sallys in Copperfield. I went and met Myra, who did a great job at listening to what I wanted and telling me her game plan and she was very friendly. She looks at your hair first to see if the cut would be better dry or wet. She cut mine wet and it came out great. I usually straighten my hair and then cut it but she cut it wet and layered it and kept it at the length I wanted. I have thick, curly hair (3B). Come and see Myra if you have thick curly hair and dont want to break the bank for a deva cut. You will be in great hands!

I took my boys in to get a simple haircut. My youngest son had Mayra and she did a great job. My oldest son told the lady with the long black hair he want a one and a three and she seemed to not even no what that was. About half way threw cutting his hair Mayra had to help her finish his hair and also instruct her how to trim eyebrows. Very disappointed with the lady with the long black hair. She needs to go back to beauty school. I could do a better job myself. I wouldnt even give this lady a one star but I had no choice or I couldnt post it.

I came 2 weeks ago and got my sons hair cut and Daisy did a great job. I go tonight and get another young girl with short hair who does a horrible job. I asked her if she can fix it and she tells me why it would look bad if she could fix it instead of fixing it like Im paying her to do. They seriously need to work on their customer service skills. This will be the last time I ever come to this place again!

One of the two worst haircuts of my life! "Stylist" wet my hair, spent about ten minutes cutting it, not the way I asked, did not even up sideburns, sent me away with my hair still wet and plastered down like "Alfalfa"! No conversation, did not show me the back...just rushed me out and charged nearly $14. Insane. Fortunately, there wasnt a long wait. It is clear why.

Haircuts are ok, not especially expensive. But: some of the employees need to talk less and just do their job. I recently came in, and waited 40 minutes, in large part because the two employees spent FAR too much chatting with their customers, one spent at least 10 minutes looking at pics on the customers phone after finishing the customers haircut!

Mayra and Alma do such a great job cutting hair. I can always trust them to cut my hair just how I want. They always do a professional job. Thank you so much!!! Ever since I went to Supercuts I no longer get my hair busted like those other places I went to. Thank you girls I always come out looking fresh!!!

I went in to get just a simple trim and my hair looks sloppy. The layers were not blended and my hair is uneven. On one side of my hair there are no short layers or anything, but the other side has plenty. My layers just look like they were cut straight across. Very unsatisfying appointment.
