I went in there and scheduled an appointment with them to dye my hair an ombre honey blonde hair. I came back and the girl knowing how much hair I had started putting my hair in the foil (I have a lot of hair) so another one of her appointments comes and afraid of losing a customer she rushed through my hair and had me sit with the foil for like 10 to 15 minutes. So a lot of my hair ended up coming out PLATINUM BLONDE instead of the honey that I wanted AND the service I was paying for was 140 for a dye AND a cut......SHE DIDNT EVEN CUT IT. she quickly rushed to my ends and KINDA cut them and blamed me for not having cut them in a while. I went home and immediately realized that I now had HORRIBLY damaged locks of hair and believe me I was expecting damage but my hair was FRIED she literaly COOKED MY HAIR,It took me months to fix my hair and with the help of a few friends that work in the industry my hair is now manageable but I have learned my lesson and I will NEVER walk back into this place again.

If I could leave out any stars on this review I would. I was scheduled with this hair dresser Lyuba she approached me with a horrible and very nasty discriminating attitude she refuse to wait on me, Im Spanish and Indian origin and about 6 generation in as a American, English is my native language , Lyuba her self couldnt speak very good English and had a very heavy accent, I thought it was odd that someone of a minority group like her self, would be discriminating, i truly had this experience ILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON FOR THIS REASON AND I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO ANY ONE ELSE.

For the past seven years, I have my hair cut every two weeks at LL. My stylist is Hedi. Hedi is very pleasant and always willing to do more to keep customers satisfied. She is a happy person and makes everyone around her happy. Good customer service, no phone calls go unanswered. Hedi has a professional and discipliined team of stylists. All stylists are gorgeous, well dressed, well groomed, and a pleasure to be around. It is like a fashion show to go there. Great place for a no nonsense haircut and and a lift of your spirit!

Horriable service, i was looking for a great hair dresser the girl working the front desk recomended lubya, so i decided to try her, befor i had the oppurtunity to sit in her chair she was already angry at the fact that she had been reffered someone with my type of hair. this woman does not like to wait on people that have curly hair and belive me she will let you know the minute she meets you. i never felt so discreminated like i did that day never again!

I always have a great experience here. Lyuba is my stylist - she always listens to what I want and knows exactly how to deliver. I just read another review. Someone who cant even type properly saying Lyuba discriminated against her and couldnt speak good english herself. That is ridiculous. Lyuba is funny, sweet and LISTENS. Gotta keep in mind some people are just Internet trolls and some people, no matter how hard you try, will never be happy.

I had color done by Azita and came back to have them change the color a bit, which they did without charge. Azita was great and offered to get it to the color I wanted but wasnt available until the next day so the manager helped me willingly. I came back the second time for a cut which was done by Aundrea who did a great job. Between Azita and Aundrea my hair looks great. So far I am pleased with my results and the customer service.

LL offers great prices and an even better experience, which is why I will continue the trek from downtown every time. Eva foiled and cut my hair for the first time yesterday and I just love it! Whew!!! You never know on your first visit how its going to go and it was a great success! Not only is my hair color perfect and the cut is quality AND Eva is a doll. Thank you so much for bringing me back to beautiful!

The experience has always been a positive one. Weve gone to L L HAIR Studio off and on for a while. We started back again, cause weve moved out of the area and has been hard on us to continue our former salon. L L has really never disappointed us. We have always been very pleased.

This styles fried my ends and went dark ask when I asked for my head to be blond all the way around. She did what she wanted on my hair. So not cool. She killed more than half of my hair. So I wouldnt suggest to anyone. Go somewhere else.
