I came in a week prior to my appointment wanting to go from Pravana red to blonde, made an appointment and came back the Saturday of that same week at 11. Heather let me know when I initially came in that getting to blonde would be a process and I was completely okay with that. When I came in for my actual appointment, Heather spent HOURS, about four hours to be exact, trying to get the Pravana out of my hair. I could tell that it was pretty stressful for her but she never once got frustrated with me and didnt stop until she found a way to help start the process of me going blonde. By the end of the 4 hours I left with a dark, reddish brown color and will be coming back later in the week to get the color im wanting. Although I didnt leave anywhere close to the color I wanted, my hair is a beautiful color and looks healthier than it did when I went in. Im definitely going to tell my friends and family to go to TGF to get their hair done :-)

I just walked in with the biggest knot in my head since I was a child. Im talking a handful of a knot done personally by some very happy 4 year old girls, and my hair is below my bra strap! I just knew it was going to need to be all cut off. Lindsey immediately sat me down and looked at me, and said I think I can do this! 2 1/2 hours and a lot of patience later, my hair is tangle free and not even half an inch was trimmed. She was EXTREMELY patient and encouraging the entire time! I have never been this happy walking out of a hair salon in my life! Thank you Lindsey for your sweet patience and strong determination, you saved my life! I definitely recommend seeing her. If she was this patient with me, I can only imagine how well she handles wiggly children!

In response to Anc.. Your review is absolute crap. For starters i have no reason to lie about having or not having appointments. I simply did not have enough time to do all that u were wanting done before my appiontments came in. What u wanted done would have taken longer than the time i had allowed. Anyone who gets color and highlights and cut would know that. That is why the option to make an appointment is there. I was not rude. U just didnt like what i had to say. And btw nobody waits 4.5 hrs. U were there because ur mom was gettin her hair done. Just keeping it real.

Heather was so rude. If youre pregnant and you dont want to work Im perfectly fine with that...but dont come to your own place of work and be rude to customers. Lying about appointments and having an attitude is so unprofessional. FYI if you are a female this is not a place to get your hair done. 4 1/2 hours I was waiting and it seems she only specializes in young boys haircuts. And a quick note: none of US were looking for a damn free thing!!! My mother spent $280.00 on her hair alone. Even if they WERE giving out freebies Id pass that CRAP up!

Heather has colored my hair for a while now and I have always been impressed by the work she has done. I have had both heather and Melissa cut my hair, very pleased with both of them. It is easier to get in with them if you have an appt but they have also been able to take care of me without one. I enjoy all of the fun personalities that the staff members have. I havent been treated rudely by any of the staff so I will always be back

Very rude and inconsiderate towards my fiancée and deceptive about the price of color and styling before and during the appointment. Wouldnt recommend my enemy to get styled here, refused to give store number when asked as well because they didnt want me to call corporate. Not hard to find though on the website, avoid these people at all cost!!!

I cant remember the last time that I had my haircut and liked it. However, the girls at TGF (Tomball location) really did a great job and I actually left the salon HAPPY with my new style! The girls made me comfortable and even played with my little girl! My overall experience was fantastic!

I had Vangie cut my hair and she was AMAZING!!! She recommended a new style for me, you could definitely tell she knows her stuff. It was very affordable, great service and Vangie is a great stylist. If you try Vangie you will not be disappointed...TRUST ME!!

I got a great cut from Melissa. I wouldnt trust some others on the staff to cut my hair they seem to young and inexperienced. The problem with this place is the personnel changes too much which is a corporate problem
