Have been to this location once before and was not pleased with the hair cut, but this last Friday 3/31/17 I went in again with hopes that I would get someone different and I did, but the woman could not understand me so she gets the woman who cut my hair last time. This turned out disastrous for the woman was condescending when she asked me to check my hair and when I did it was uneven Being enraged I got out of her chair and informed her that I would NEVER come back to this establishment ever again! She offered to give me the butcher job for free, but I slammed a 20 on the counter and left. Went home and my family was horrified at the butcher job. Funny thing my niece with no formal hair cutting training did a much better job of straightening out the crappy hair cut I got at "Great Clips Hair Cut Salon". Will not go to any of these salons ever again. Not even worth a rating.

Horrible!!! My husband took my three boys to get haircuts and they wouldnt honor the promotion they had going on because they said that it was no longer available. They said " we forgot to take down the sign". Not the customers fault but it is their fault. The manager stayed in the back and wouldnt come out to speak to my husband. She had the hairstylist tell him they couldnt honor the sale. I have taken my boys here for a few years to get haircuts. I wont be taking them back. I rather pay more and go down the road where customer service is known.

I have been a customer for several years now. I got my haircuts from Shani. Last week, I went to get another haircut and was told that Shani was not working that particular day, but would be there from 2 to 8 the next day. This went on for 3 days straight. I made FIVE trips to your salon, being lied to every single time by every person working there. NO ONE ever said that Shani no longer works there until I called just now and a girl named Alex told me the truth. I find this APPALLING to say the least and will find another salon.

You dont pick the place for the stylist as there is so much turn over. You go for a cheap and convenient cut. Well no more. This check in online it such a joke. Walked in 2 stylists working and 2 standing around. Told would be an hour wait since all of these people checked in online. (No other customers were there). Last time these check in people were over an hour late. Not waiting an hour for this hair cut factory. Went to sports clip with 6 stylists all working and we waited less than 4 minutes.

I do not recommend getting a hair cut from this facility. I have very long hair about the middle of my back. I wanted an inch and a half cut with side bangs since my hair grew out. She did not cut the length I requested and messed up my bangs. I now have straight cut bangs that do not blend in with my hair. It is not swept to the side like I asked and it looks awkward. Now Im stuck pulling it back until it grows out.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten! The "stylist" Xotchi was apparently very drunk or on an illicit drug! At one point, she actually spit in my ear while talking. And the talking! The woman NEVER shut up, repeating herself numerous times and asking the same inane questions over and over! And the haircut!! Ive given MYSELF better haircuts in the garage with dog clippers and no mirror!!! Jeez! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I signed in online and went to the place around 2 pm and the staff was really nice but they messed up my haircut. I wanted half a inch of my hair because i have been growing out my hair and but they cut off almost 4 inches of my hair and it looks really bad. DO NOT GO THERE.

I have always got a decent cut at an affordable price here until yesterday. Tiffani is the worst stylist I have ever encountered. She would not even comb my hair when she was done. I am sorry that I tipped her. May not ever go back even though I have been happy before.

Got my 14 month old sons hair cut there on Saturday & it really looks awful... like really really terrible. He didnt move that much or cry but even if he had this is unacceptable. Do not get your kids hair cut here.
