2 stars because they got me in within 3 hours of calling. I dont know, maybe i was expecting professional service but i was terribly disappointed. horrible haircut. Why cant a stylist EVER give you what you ask for? I just wanted 3 inches off the length. Layered. Just like it is, just follow whats there. Trim it up. Bangs to trim face. Shorter in the middle. Not heavy. Feather them if you have to so they arent so heavy. What i got was just the opposite! Not layered. I was there! I watched you! Bangs are straight across. Crooked! I told her they were not straight. She said she cuts one side at a time. SERIOUSLY?! The length is uneven. What normally takes a decent amount of time to get a decent cut took this lady less than 10 minutes. That doesnt mean shes good, it means she hurried thru it. Quality of stylists have gone down hill.

I went in for a trim, did not receive shampoo, conditioner or message. When I went to pay I was charged the full price. When I asked why it was full price she said thats just how it comes up, and that its a better deal to get the shampoo and stuff. I was not offered the extra services nor was I apologized to. I will not be coming back nor will I refer anyone to use it.

There is a fat guy with blue hair, hes extremely rude and unfriendly, hes turned me away from getting my sons hair cut multiple times. Hes the only one. Everyone else has been extremely friendly and helpful. That guy is bad for your business. I will not ever stop in there if I see his fat ass working
