The look on my stylists face the second she chopped off my sideburn after I had asked her two seconds before to "just trim it up please" was priceless. Even i had to laugh. Today my haircut consisted of 1 1/4" off the top and 2" off each sideburn. "Oh no!" she exclaimed. "Are you mad?" "Ummm...no dont worry about it...." "Ok! All done. Pay over here." That conversation actually happened, and I still tipped her because Im not a terrible person, but I think its time to tell Great Clips buh bye. I suppose its my fault for not going to a real salon, but I guess I just expected a little bit more out of you guys. And its not like youre saving a lot of money by going to these places anyway. Once the tip is factored in youre basically paying the same as any other respectable place. So good riddance Great Clips! I will cringe whenever one of your commercials comes on. I would walk right in and i would sit right down and I would let my hair hang down...if I had any left :/

The f***ing b*t&* cut a bald spot into the back side of my head last time I got my haircut, and didnt say a word. The next day at work someone pointed it out and it still hasnt grown back after a couple weeks. Will never go back.

This place used to be decent and have decent stylists but has really went downhill in the last year or so. Heather was horrible and we wont be going back. Not worth it anymore to save a few bucks.

This is the slowest and most inexperienced great clips Ive ever been to. The barbers dont care about your time or the quality of your haircut. Please go to any other great clips besides this one

This has been my go-to place for a couple years now. But depends on who you get whether you will get a good haircut. People here are very friendly and wait is usually not very long.

Never get your hair cur at great clips on 30th and Broadway by ladonna!! She does not listen to what you want. She gets chop happy. I feel ugly now!
