I went in for New Years Eve to have my hair curled and ended up going home and washing my hair and doing it myself. I decided to give Regis another chance after getting my hair done in 2014. My normal girl couldnt get me in so I made an appointment here. The guy who did my hair (he had one arm, but I didnt want to be rude and leave) bleached my whole head and ruined my hair. It was green and grey in parts. He also didnt rinse out the bleach all the way. My hair is finally getting healthy again after over two years. So for NYE, I thought surely they cant screw up curls. Wrong. I made an appointment for 3:45, I go in and the girl asks me to wait 15 minutes. I was in a hurry, so they offered someone else to do it. I asked for curly hair with a braid, and she couldnt do they braid so I told her to just do curls. So she curled it and it just wasnt worth the money I paid. Took her about 10 minutes and cost me $30, which was a waste cause I just went home and washed out the curls anyways. This place is incredibly overpriced for the quality of people working here. If youre looking for some place that can get you in last minute, this is it. Just dont expect it to be good quality.

Ive been here 3 times. The first time was great. The second time the haircut was good but the service was so-so. I decided to go again and this is the time I decided I wont go back. First of all they told me it would be $39 for a haircut. Which was fine because thats what I had paid previously. They send me to this girl and she acts like Im interrupting her chit chat time with the other workers. I feel awkward the whole time. She washes and cuts my hair. She gets the blow dryer out and I think ok shes going to dry and style it. Nope, she doesnt even dry it all the way and sends me on my way. I get to the register to pay and she says its $46. I should have said something then but I didnt and that was my fault. So I go home and fix it myself only to see what an awful job she did. It was so choppy and looked terrible. If she had dried it and fixed it like she should have she would have noticed and could have fixed it. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Worst haircut of my life. Had to get 4 inches taken off to fix it and it still looks bad. My 8 year old nephew could have done better. When I called for a refund the manager wanted to see pics. I sent pics and after days of no response, I called back. When I finally got ahold of her she told me she couldnt refund me that it was not something she was even able to do that I would have to go to corporate. When I questioned her why she had me sent pics in first place and asked why she had told me she could resolve the issue, she hung up on me. Bad management and employees.. Dont waist your time here.

It Was My 2nd Time Going To A Regis Salon And Again Was Disappointed I Went In For A Wax The Lady Took Forever And Didnt Know How To Shape Or Wax Because She Didnt Let It Sit Long Enough To Where It Came Off In Little Patches. So Some Other Lady Had To Come In And Try To Fix It Then I Went Home To Still Pluck Hairs Because She Didnt Do Her Job Right! Very Disappointed I Wouldnt Recommend This Place To Anyone. Dont Waste Your Time And Money On People Who Dont Know What Theyre Doing

I went here about three years ago and have never returned! I went in for highlights and walked out looking like a zebra! The guy that was managing had to help three other girls while I was there. It was my first time ever getting color and I didnt know how long the processes was so I sat there for a long time ,almost 3 full hours. so in the end their management was horrible and I dont know a good salon in Tulsa ok!

The worst hair cut I have ever had. The was nice good service but did not listen at all. I ask for a profession type of haircut for work instead got a Damm Redneck style and even though I said I do not want styling product and simple lie to let it lay without styling, they still tried to put styling jelly in the hair and spike it. They cut it to short with a punk redneck style. A total lack of professionalism.

Went in for a buzz cut easy right? No had to tell her 3 times she didnt get it all still long spots. Was covered in hair after. Lady was nice but so bad she shouldnt be cutting hair if you cant even do a simple buzz cut. I would love to go back and get my money back. Dont waste your money.

My husband got his hair cut and some were still long, kept telling lady but she kept making excuses, she even started cutting without putting cape on. $21 for unsatisfied haircut. Never again. He said.

So ask for a price for a dye and haircut $67 dollars and it will take an hour. This is at 2:30 its now 4:30 and they havent even cut his hair yet
