We have been to the Great Clips on 90th & Maple before with no problems. We went yesterday and we will never go back to see Michelle again!!!! My fiance took his little girl in to get a trim and she made her hair wing out and it looked bad. I insisted on going back to get it fixed and my fiance said to have this Michelle to fix it. She not only screwed it up AGAIN but she didnt even do what we asked her to do. We asked for her to put layers in and make it a bob haircut so it naturally curls under (just like we have had done numerous times before there with other people). Michelle gave us a line of BS about how the weight of my fiances little girls hair is just to much for what we want. Aka she doesnt know what she was doing to begin with!!! She completely chopped off all the layers n evened it all out. Now his little girl doesnt like it because she cut it WAY to short. We NEVER said to chop all the layers out!!!! So all in all MICHELLE doesnt know how to cut little girls fine hair. DONT LET YOUR LITTLE GIRLS GO TO MICHELLE TO GET THEIR HAIR DONE!!!

Ive been here twice and gotten horrible hair cuts. After the first cut, I chaulked it up to not giving the stylist a clear description of what I wanted. The second time I was in a rush, so I came to this Great Clips by my house with a picture in hand of what I wanted. The cut was not even remotely close to the picture. I didnt notice it there, but once I got home I noticed a huge chunk of hair missing on my right side (a "layer" - how can it be layered if there is no hair there?) and almost nothing cut on the left side. Not worth the $17 bucks I paid for sure!

Worse hair cut I have ever had, she just chopped it up on one side and left the right side long and it is very noticeable! My daughter just wanted hers cut straight across and the girl couldnt even get that right! Horrible! When I first got there, right when they opened, she said we had to wait because we didnt check in on the computer. Nasty girl, not friendly at all! Who knew you had to check in on a computer!

Id take their coupon to a competitor to match if you want a cheap not terrible haircut. Hot hair dryer straight to the eye, clumps of hair missed cutting. Blew the hair onto me as removing the apron. Didnt cut to the length requested. She was not rude, earning 2 instead of 1 star

Haircut was okay, lady was not friendly. Had really long hair, asked for a trim because I recently had surgery. she acted like I was homeless or something, acted like she didnt want to touch me because I didnt wash my hair today and had some dandruff. Decent enough price.

I have been going here for a couple of years now. They all seem to do a good job but Shasta is who I look for. She always does a great job and is the most consistent from my experiences anyway. I hope they keep her for a long time.

The wait time online is never correct. Twice in a row its said Less than ten minutes and Ive drove there and have wait for an additional 20 mins. Always understaffed. Please Pick another location if you want to be satisfied.

Ask for Miss Linda. She is a barber and has been cutting my sons hair for 7 years now! She does a great job with the straight razor to give him a nice line...but sadly they wont let her use it.

They cut my hair and messed it up really bad. Had to go back and get it fixed. In order to fix the hair they had to cut it really short. Now I look like a man and NEVER EVER GOING BACK!
