Extremely disappointed!!! I am so not the type to write reviews but in this case it was a must! I called a couple weeks ago to get scheduled for a color with ANGELINA. I recently had a baby I had a sitter all lined up then she texts me literally less than 2 hours before my appt. saying she needs to reschedule because there was a mix up in the schedule. I was super frustrated but I understood things happen so I rescheduled.... I show up today at the time that she personally told me to be there by, 30 minutes later .....still no Angelina. I go up to the receptionist(who by the way should not be handling the front of any business) to see if there was a mix up somehow with the time. She explained that this wasnt the first time this has happened with this certain stylist...so not acceptable! First to already reschedule me once and then the second time for you not even show up to the appointment?! That is completely unprofessional. I have never experienced such bad customer service from a salon like this before. Urbane salon was able to get me in on such a short notice luckily!! The owner was super helpful and extremely professional and caring! The hair stylist did such an amazing job on my color. So after such a horrible experience it turned out ok in the end thanks to Urbane Salon and staff :)

So, I had my first Brazillian wax. I was pretty anxious, not knowing what to expect and wasnt sure about the pain factor!! I used a great deal I found on Groupon for Chevy. She was really chill, very professional, knowledgeable and funny!! She made me feel comfortable, & I could tell she knew what she was doing and I was in competent hands. She made it as painless as possible, & kept talking to me during the whole process. gave me after care tips & everything!! I would def recommended her to anyone looking for waxing, or any esthetic services!!

MJ is an AMAZING hair wizard!!!!! I have never left his chair disappointed or dissatisfied...in fact I often catch my own reflections and, embarrassingly, find myself starring uncontrollably at his work!!! Love, love, love this man and his many talents! He also specializes in designs and has the fabulous artistic ability to come up with such gorgeous art, right on the spot! This is an extremely rare talent to find, especially here in Omaha. Thank you, MJ...you complete me!

I am not the type of person to leave reviews, however I feel it is necessary to share this experience with everyone out there with eyebrows that grow downward. I pretty much gave up on mine since theyre incredibly hard to shape. I saw Chevy and her tech last week and its insane how amazing they look. I never thought it was possible. I highly suggest seeing them if you struggle with the same problem!

Blonds and soon-to-be blonds of Omaha, Kelli Lambert is your woman! This was the gentlest, most expert treatment of my hair during the 4 years Ive been blond, and I can hardly believe how beautiful it is. She picked the absolute perfect toner (psychic?) and has a serious perfectionist in her - awesome combination. Shes also just a wonderful person to spend time with, so you really cant go wrong.

I went to Chloe for highlights. She is the best and is so super sweet. When you get your hair washed she gives thee most heavenly head massage!!!! I am so happy she did my hair. Its the worst keratin treatment I have ever received.... I m upset about it... and they havent straightened my hair at all...After wash they are as they were... worst experience ... what is the use of this treatment if my hair is not manageable even for a day and they were talking about 4 -6 weeks ...

I highly recommend seeing Daniel, very friendly and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and then gave me feedback. We worked together to give me the perfect haircut/style. He also gave me step to step tutorial on the perfect beach waves. Showed me everything that he uses so I do it at home.
