Awful. Ive given them plenty of chances to make things right but they never do. Every haircut Ive gotten here has been messed up. Edges missed obviosly long strands of hair left around ear. Uneven line in the back, absolutely butchered it by raising the back hair line WAY too high. Went back each time to have them fix it and id still have to fix some my self. Ive wasted gas and time having to go back, not one thought on their part to give me a refund or free cut. When i was promised a free cut, I went to get it honored and was told there was no record. While they are sweet ladies, they need to learn better customer service and be retrained on giving a quality haircut.

First time here was great. Went again yesterday and it was horrible. Bad, uneven haircut. Extremely rude and unpleasant hairstylist. She insisted on selling this shampoo that was completely wrong for my hair and later explained she was only selling it to me because they screwed up and ordered too many. Audibly complained about my tip. Wont be going back thanks to her.
