This was my second trip to this location. Both times highly disappointed and upset. First time- i called before hand to make an appointment, i was told no need. Showed up and was told i wouldnt be seen because there wasnt time and i should have made an appointment. Today i made an appointment for 330. When i showed up there was 1 ekployee. She said it would be a minute. 33 minutes later i left unseen. I will not ever go back there again.

All the stylist are extremely friendly . Keshia did my hair , she listened to what I wanted and she made it happen. I would definitely recommend her
