Horrible experience with the actual salon manager. I was super excited to wax my eyebrows having a little me time before going back to work from my maternity leave so I went to get my eyebrows reshaped the new manager said Id have to wait until someone got available that was no problem she started doing her own hair while I was waiting 15 minutes later she said I can help you now. I sat in the chair && she said ummm what am I waxing? In a sarcastic tone. I told her I wanted to reshape them so she started to wax them. She said all done, they looked the same as I came in I told her that if she could arch them a little more cause they looked too round from the top she put wax on the middle of my eyebrows && waxed it she said she was going to fix the other one because they were uneven so I didnt think much until she went hhh... I looked in the mirror && was horrified by what I saw she had messed my eyebrows up so bad that I was almost missing my whole eyebrow. I seriously wanted to cry by how upset I was && chastity or whatever her name was had the nerve to be like well I like them a lot better than before they look really good she knew that she had messed up bad I paid her for the experience knowing that I really shouldnt have butI paid for my lesson to never return to her EVER again. Worse experience ever! Save your money.

My wife and I went to smart style to get her hair cut and colored. The lady who took care of my wife was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and cared about what my wife wanted.. In my opinion, Carmesia should have been made manager instead of the one appointed the position, which was a small blonde named Chasity... This girl should not be allowed around any business working with the public. I have never encountered a more rude, inappropriate and unprofessional person with a title of manager in my life. My wife and I truly admire Carmesia for dealing with such horrible work ethics Chasity sets for the shop. With this being said, and despite the aweful encounter of Chasity, my wife and I will continue to use smart styles only on the grounds of Carmesia being the only one to take care of both of our hair needs. Carmesia is absolutely a beautiful person, very professional, very talented with color, hair cuts on both females and males...

This evening my step daughter and I made the mistake of attempting to get our hair colored and cut at this location at 6:30 pm. We were in a bind as our normal stylist is unavailable and had some shopping to do anyway so we figured we would give it a try.. I had gone online to see what their business hours were before going to the counter to let the hairdresser know what we needed. The website clearly stated they were open until 9pm. Before I was even able to explain to the rude woman who came to the counter what we needed..she barked that they were closing in 30 minutes (that would be 7pm) and we needed to come back tomorrow. When I questioned the discrepancy with the business hours online she started she could close when she wanted. I will never use a Smart Style this was my first and last encounter with them. So trashy and unprofessional...but given the state of her hair Im sure its a blessing in disguise.

I have taken my 8 year old autistic daughter here before and they did a great job. We went this past weekend and the lady acted like she was in a hurry and just sprayed it down. It looked ok when we left, but then her hair dried and it was butchered. The left side is more than a half inch shorter and it is all uneven. Im having to take her somewhere else to try and get it fixed without having to cut it really short. The sad thing is I think that same girl cut it when we went there last.

"Christmas Eve" The staff spent 4 and one half hours trying to save my long naturally curly hair. (It was severely matted due to carelessness of a hospital stay) The whole team tried to give suggestions, Thank you Ladies! Trying not to break my heart; however there was no other choice but to cut my hair into a very cute SHORT style. They stayed until completed, yes after shop was closed. Carmesia Thank you!
