A terrible experience....My name is Erick and I just moved to the area and have been looking for a place to cut my hair...I got right in as the tan lady with the tattoos and short blonde hair checked me in. To continue another lady (white woman, with hair in a pony tail and black hooded sweatshirt) was the one who started cutting my hair. She had a bad attitude from the moment I sat down. She didnt even say hi or tell me her name. There were more customers coming in at one point and she commented out loud to her peers, why is everyone out in this rain and then sighed! I told her that we are out in this rain because I work Monday-Saturday and Sunday is my only day I can get things done. She began cutting my hair, it took her about 10 minutes and she was done. When I asked her if she could blend my fade with trimmers she told me that I dont cut hair and she will do it how she wants. I said, okay thats no way to speak to a paying customer. I explained to her that I am in customer service myself and this is no way to speak to anyone period. She continued to argue with me until I finally got up and walked to the front desk even though my hair was butchered I offered to pay for my hair cut. The lady that greeted me with the tattoos offered to fix my hair and I politely declined and said I just wanted to get out of there. She told me there was no charge.

Word of advice, if employees at a great clips dont follow simple corporate policy...run. No one greeted me and the employee couldnt take the time to make sure Im in the national system (which I am) or make a new account for me. I feel like I was articulate and exact, but no follow up questions were asked. She literally trimmed my haircut in the same shape it was, "stacking doesnt grow out well at all" I recall saying....so why did she recut the stack especially after telling her Im trying to grow it out and even up the layers. The bathroom was very clean, their products werent too dusty (but they have the old great clips products on sale to get rid of them... but trust me theyre old), and their combs looked clean and well organized. Hence the 3 stars. Id go back and get it fixed, but the only option is to cut it shorter. I worked at an amazing great clips for 3 years, and this one is not quite up to the standards of great clips name.

Revised since we found our lady- Cam is who we go to and like there I am too afraid to try others as that is what happened with our bad experiences, but we will continue if we can get Cam! :) Original: We have been going here for a while now and I keep returning and I am NOT sure why at all!! If I stand right beside them and make sure things are done exactly right, which includes making them go back over my kids hair many times and fix many areas its ok. If my husband takes the boys its a whole different story bc all 3 of their hair comes back completely uneven and messed up...I have blondies so you can see every line so its not hard to miss how bad you screwed up!! Sorry, but I have finally drawn the line and am done with this place!!!

This location has only been open for a few months and they cant keep the same employees. I wasnt impressed by the haircuts I got, the stylist told me he was 18 years old and recently out of barber school. Also, I thought I found a decent stylist, but I found out she is no longer employeed there. Last but not least, last time I got a haircut another stylist stood 3 feet away and stared the ENTIRE time that I was getting a haircut definetly gave me the creeps! Whats up with that? I asked the girl giving me a cut, she giggled and said she does that all the time, really? Not going back due to bad haircuts and taking a chance of having a rookie straight of cosmetology school cut my hair. I will take my business to sport clips.

Ive been going here with my husband and roommate for a while but were done after today. We had a good experience a few months ago, but none of the same employees are there now. My haircut and stylist were nice, but my poor roommate and husband had bad experiences. My husbands stylist only asked him if he wanted the same cut as last time and then didnt speak to him again. My roommates stylist mimicked her in a mocking tone, was very rough with her hair, cut it much shorter than my roommate asked, and also left her bangs uneven.

I just got a great haircut at this location from the white chick with tattoos, and for only $13! I was in and out in less time than it would normally take for my name to be called where I used to go. Whats not to love about this place? I had been going to Sport Clips but they keep raising their prices, and putting more and more pressure on their stylists to up-sell, it got embarrassingly awkward.

Worst haircut Ive had in the last ten years, avoid this place like the plague. It kept stabbing me in the head with the clippers, told multiple times exactly how I wanted my hair cut and still couldnt get it right. It got tired of cutting my hair and left it all messed up. Never coming here again, will drive across town and pay more for a much superior cut.

Jessie continued using faulty clippers on my sons hair. She was hurting him so bad he was crying silently. She blamed his thick hair and laughed it off. I will never, ever go to this place again. Lack of compassion. Lack of professionalism. Lack of customer service.

Worst haircut ever. I went in there with a picture that I had with the haircut Ive had before. Not even close. It was way to short and totally uneven. I will be wearing my hair up for awhile until it grows out and I can get it fixed. Never going there again.

Its not even a star.shity place. Dont go,they dont know how to cut hair. Jessie was really good but she quit and I cant reach her to get my hair fixed. If anybody know her number please tell me. Im not going there anymore.

I took a chance on this place after reading the mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by how well Tam cut my hair. Shes very intuitive and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered an exceptional cut.

Its okay. I tried to tell them what I wanted but most other places get it done better. However, they finish well and make it look very clean no matter the style.
