She chopped a chunk of my hair and didnt say anything!!! Went in for a ladies cut... Terrible from start. I had an appointment at 2p (got there 15mins early) and she didnt see me until 2:48! She stopped to answer phone 4 times while getting a cut and the last time it rang, she was just chatting away while I was just sitting there? Really? She told me my hair was really damaged and to avoid a blow out or flat iron for at least 3days... Well on the 4th day I flat ironed my hair and noticed a BIG chunk was MiSSiNG. I went back and she said I was confused and I must have gone to another shop. Wow! After much arguing, she then said "my hair was like that already"? HUH, Really Lin? My hair was literally 3" long where it was cut out (note: my hair length is down to the middle of my back). She probably wasnt paying attention/busy on phone AND just too scandalous enough to not say a word to me about it. Not Good Lin, Not Good! My son no longer comes here either. I will gladly take my business elsewhere... somewhere that is AT LEAST HONEST with me.

I am new to the Houston area and have been here almost 2 yrs. I have yet to find a place for a good haircut! I finally found it. I walked in. Without an appointment and they took me after a short wait. I thought I made no sense as to what I wanted but Hollie knew and went over and above my expectations. I love my hair and I will definitely be back. The prices are great! Ive gone to a Solon that charged a small fortune and I always walked out looking like I didnt get a haircut! This place is Fabulous....

Ive been a customer for 15 years. Not 1 day have they ever not been pleasant, happy, and professional. Lynn and her team are a perfect example of excellent customer service. My hair isnt easy to work with which is why I keep going to Lynn. She does just as good of a job at $10 as the $45 stylist I went to before did.
