I usually go to cheap $5-8 haircut places bc for 20 years I just get a quick easy short hair haircut. But about 2 months ago I decided to grow my hair out a little bit and change my style. I grew it out for 2 months and had it at the length I wanted but I need to go in a get just a little bit off the top and even up the sides, neck and what not. I called and made an appt for a "master stylist" then card 2 days later and changed the time of my appt. and again verified that it was a master stylist and asked for their best stylist they have and I would pay any amount for her service. I asked for 1pm and was told their master stylist had a color at 1 so if I wanted to stay with her then 1230 is the latest I could come. So ok, I came in at 1230 on Sunday and not only was I the only customer in the store, so where were the other people with appoints, I get a girl that gave me a horrible haircut. My wife made a comment and stylist said well lets fix it I want my customers happy. Well bad mistake, the fix went from bad to worse. On the way out I said I asked 3 times for a master stylist and verified I would have one and here is no way that girl is a master stylist. Their Rey to me was......sir we dont have master stylists. Hmmm so not only was I lied to 3 times I got the worst haircut of my life. Now Im on my way to visible changes to pay for another haircut. This place is horrible, they lie, they dont even have real stylists, and customer Svc is non existence. Dont waste your money.

I have been going to Angel for almost 2 years and he is the best...no matter what I ask for, he can do it...Ive lived in SC, NV, VA, and MA, and no one has ever done my hair as beautifully as Angel. I dont even have to come home and change anything. I am always so very satisfied. He listens to you and gives you exactly what you ask for. He is TERRIFIC!!!! .Just ask for Angel and you will NEVER be disappointed.

Bridgett did my hair this morning, And she did a gorgeous job! I lost my old stylist when the other store closed, but am so exited I found such a talented stylist at the willowbrook location! I will be going back for sure! The store is clean and organized and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful! Thanks guys!

LeAnne. She is amazing. We have gone here for a couple of years and love it. The staff is nice and more than once they have bent over backwards to accommodate our scheduling needs. It is clean, we have never had a long wait, and the store is laid out nice.
