I enjoyed this salon 40% of the times I visited. One of the front desk ladies is a little "snobbish". Also, there was a time when I had a full set of nails done (very nice and great nail Tech lady!), after the apt I went home and in the car one of the nails popped right off!! I called right away (in the car) and talked to a nice lady on the phone and told her what had happened. She said that because the nail had basically came off right after I left (not even made it home! 15 MN drive!) that they would fix it for free. I was happy about that, the lady set up a time for me to come back in to have the nail fixed the next day. I went in the next day and a kind nail Tech repaired my nail. As I was about to leave the front desk lady (the snobbish one, of course) said that I had to pay for the nail. I explained to her what the young woman told me yesterday about me not having to pay. She said, "Well that woman should not have said that to you, you still owe for the nail that was fixed." I WAS PIS#ED!! I ended up having to pay for the nail! VERY POOR BUSINESS REPRESENTATION!!! The many other salons around the town have just as nice workers with great quality business and less expensive!! The best thing about this place is the decor.

I am very disappointed with this salon. The first time I went there I made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. I had to leave work early to get there on time and upon arrival I was told I didnt have an appointment. Upon further investigation found that I wasnt even in their system. I looked in my call log as I had only called one place and verifies their number. The lady working was nice enough to stay late to get me in. I thought that sort of made up for it (although I had to come back 2 hours past my appointment time). I figured I would give them another shot. Now Ive been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks with no one answering the phone. Ive left voicemail with only one call being returned, with them not leaving a message. I guess my business is not wanted and I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Everyone moment was fab! I had a wonderful service from Jessica, the best ever. It is worth every penny and more!
