Just left the salon, worst experience getting my hair cut. ever. I was told my appointment would be with Tiffany, who Ive heard good things about and since it was my first time here calmed my nerves. I get there and they tell me my appointment is with Kay. Thats fine, I thought, how hard can it be to dye hair brown, and trim shoulder length hair with layers. She consulted with another woman on the color, which turned out fine. Except that she spent a good amount of time just trying to scrub dye off of my face. When I left, I still had brown marks on my face, on my arms, and somehow on my shirt too. By the time she finally managed to "style" my hair (she curled the bottom) and figured out how to work the computer so I could pay for my services, I was ready to get out of there. When I got home I immediately jumped in the shower to try and wash the brown off my face and arms, and threw my shirt in the washer. After drying and straightening my hair I realized.. ONE SIDE IS AN INCH LONGER THAN THE OTHER. If youve been in the business 35 years, how does that even happen? The bottom is choppy, uneven, looks like I did it myself, when I paid someone almost 100$ to do it. Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had. If you go here and youre told Kay is your hair dresser, do yourself a favor and run away in the opposite direction. I am so disappointed, what a waste of money.

had a hair cut last night by monica. it is by far the worst hair cut. clumps of hair longer than other spots and in noticable places. she asked me a couple times unsolicited if she could fix something for me. I should have got up and left at that point. by the time I started looking around at the horrid job she did, I was already home. it was not presentable to go to work so I took some pictures and fixed it the best I could. I called the salon and stated my problem offering the pictures as proof (which are time stamped). they stated I could have just doctored the pictures that they would fix it but would not refund my money. Doctor pictures after going to another salon and blame it on them? So I got done at 5 pm with this hair cut and rushed to another salon and had them mess up my hair so I could get a refund from them. disappointing given the regular stylist Mariam was good but I will not return given the service. they offered to let another stylist do it and wouldnt make me go back with Monica or pay for it. mighty big of them. Ill pay another 18 bucks and find somewhere else. If youre looking for a hair cut, you can try it but dont count on a refund if they screw it up.

I have been going to this salon for 6 years and NOT ONCE have I had a "bad" haircut/style. "D" use to do my hair, my moms hair and my daughter (till his untimely death) and now we have several of the stylists in Papillon fix our hair. Julie, Molly & Kerry are very good! With this said, MAC, once your haircut was done, you should have looked in one of the MANY mirrors on your way to the cashier and you would have had a chance to correct the problem then! Anyway, they offered to let another stylist re-do your cut and you refused. Dont blame the entire salon on your mistake in correcting the problem. Perhaps they said you could have doctored the pics because this has happened before! Anyway, I refer this salon to anyone and everyone! Not only do they offer haircuts, they offer the full spa experience! ~Anna

I got my hair cut and styled by Angelica today, and she did a great job! She is very pleasant to be around and knows her way around different hair styles and hair coloring needs (I inquired for future purposes). I get my hair layered to look fuller (as opposed to layering to make thick hair look finer) - or at least I always try to - and Angelica did an awesome job; Im really happy with my hair. I also have bangs, which I had been growing out from a previous "mishap". I have also just been putting it off, not knowing who to have cut them, but Angelica did a wonderful job! I told her what I wanted and she took off a very little at a time until I found the length I wanted (because I wasnt sure how short/long to keep them). The cost is only $35 - worth every penny! I will definitely be coming back here from now on.

I just moved here and called serveral salons and not one acted as if they really wanted a new client and when I called this salon they spoke with me over the phone and got me in that same day! I was scared because finding a new hairstylist is always challenging but fortunately for me it turned out to be a great fit!! My stylist is Rachel and she nailed my haircut and color! Im so thrilled that I found this place and now know that I have somewhere I can trust with my hair! Rachel took the time to hear my desires and helped me come to a more clear vision with my hair with confidence and grace. She was kind funny and just really down to earth and I felt completely secure in her hands and chair

I had Rachel cut & style my very thin hair & was Amazed! My hair looked fantastic had a lot of body & she showed me a new styling technique, actually using a flat iron to quickly add curl n body to my hair! She is talented, listens to the client n discusses diff choices- & has styled/ cut many of her coworkers as well! This is the Best Salon I have ever experienced! Fabulous results & staff! Rachel is the best! I came in asking for a cut suitable for an "old lady". Being 60 years old, I decided to have my long, thin and fine hair cut as it looked horrible on me. I told her she had free reign in whatever she though best for me. When she was finished, I had the cutest classic bob and it truly looked amazing. I have received many compliments on my new look. Thank you so much Rachel, and you can be sure I will be coming to you from now on!!

Amanda is awesome! She gives 100% every time and wont settle for less. I have had too many horror stories in the past with my hair at previous places but I can promise you that you wont have to worry about it with her! You need to try this salon out.

The full service salon cut , colored, styled and waxed my entire family.. Its modern decor is beautiful and comfy .The stylist are amazing , creative & fun. Their prices are great and they really care about their customers. I love them .

It was my first time there and it was wonderful! Everyone so nice! I had long hair going to get it all cut off because I was ready for a big change and I couldnt be happier with my hair! I only payed $30 for amazing hair! Thank you Lindsay!
