I HATE MY HAIRCUT THEY GAVE ME A BOB MY HAIR WAS SO LONG I DIDNT WANT TO CUT IT THAT SHORT I WANTED IT MEDIUM LENGTH AND THE LADY SEEMED TO ACT LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO CUT MY HAIR SHE COULD HAVE SIMPLY TOLD ME SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO CUT MY HAIR THE WAY I WANTED IT THERE FOR I COULD HAVE SPENT 60$ SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CAME OUT LOOKING GOOD AND NOT A HOT MESS I WAS TOLD THE MESSED MY HAIR UP SO BAD THAT THEY GAVE ME A WIG CUT WHICH MADE ME MORE DEPRESSED THEY MUST HAVE TOOK MY REVIEW DOWN BECAUSE THAT SAME DAY THE CHOPPED ALL MY HAIR I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW I TRUSTED THEM WITH MY HAIR AND THEY MESSED IT UP I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY DID ITS TOTAL BS TO GIVE THEM ALL FIVE STARS THATS JUST PULL IN CUSTOMERS FOR A STYLIST TO SIT YOU DOWN AND NOT EVEN TALK TO YOU AND ASK YOU IF THATS WHAT YOU WANTED WAS CRAZY I SHOWED A PICTURE OF A MEDIUM HAIR CUT BUT YET YOU GAVE ME A BOB AND MADE ME PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT WANT TO BEGIN WITH SO UNPROFESSIONAL I HATE THAT I EVER TRUSTED THEM WITH MY HAIR I CRIED IN MY CAR FOR ABOUT 30 MINS I WAS SO EMBARRASSED WALKING OUT OF THERE BECAUSE I WAS SO UPSET SHE WANTED TO KEEP CUTTING AND I WAS LIKE NO PLEASE ITS NOT HOW I WANTED IT AND ITS WAY TO SHORT I CANT EVEN PULL IT UP I AM SO MAD ABOUT IT I WOULD HATE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE SO IF THEY READ THIS I AM THE GIRL THAT DAY THERE FOR 2 HOURS AND HAD TO WALK UP TO THE DESK TO ASK ABOUT CUTTING MY HAIR EVEN THOUGH I WROTE MY NAME IN THE BOOK YOU WASHED MY HAIR AND DEBATED ON WHO THE HECK WAS GOING TO CUT IT ALL OF YOU LOOKED AS IF YOU DIDNT WANT TO TOUCH IT AND THAN SAY ME IN THE FAR END CHAIR GOING TO THE BACK AND MESSED UP MY HAIR

I absolutely love this place. Very affordable and its clear that they know about ethnic hair. I have a really curly texture so I was concerned whether they would be gentle with my curl pattern as well as combing too rough. I was surprised to know that I could barely feel the comb in my head. They are truly all about hair care and its rare these days to find a place where all the stylists are well trained. I would and have already recommended this place. If you are looking for a place that doesnt require appointments, doesnt take half the day to do your hair, and most importantly makes your hair feel and look healthy and professionally polished then you should try them out! Disclaimer : I have only gotten a blowout, but I look forward to trying out other styles.

This salon is a hidden gem within the loop. I just started going to this salon about 3 months ago. I never have to wait and usually Joslyn fixes me up, I have used Lydia and she is great as well. I always leave satisfied. My hair is growing and looks healthy. The atmosphere is calm and I like it that way. If you are looking for a no fuss, no loud talking salon, with professional stylists at a reasonable price this is the place.

Love love love it! Walked in and was services within minutes! I spent $58 dollars for a shampoo/deep conditioner, roller set and blowout! Mayra did my hair and she was very gentle and understand on how I wanted my hair to look. This was my very first time getting my hair done at a domincans salon and lets just say it gets a little heated

My experience was great. My stylist Lydia was very professional and did a wonderful job. It was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is very laid back and I enjoyed the music, the collegiality of the stylists. Ill be back again. I was in and out in about an 1.5 hours. =) I love that.

My hair is always looking great when I leave this place. The people are always nice and welcoming. Oh and the max that Ive stayed in this salon was maybe 2.5 hours, which is not bad. Ive been in other salons where they keep you 3+ hours. Anyways you should definitely stop in. :)

Great salon and it isnt too far from where I live. I went in a week before I got my . Hair done to get a feel for the place. I noticed several amazing Dominican products and the stylist was warm and friendly. Of all the Dominican blowouts this was the least painful.
