I am very happy with my cut and style with TJ. I called in the morning and was able to get in that same afternoon, he was lovely. I liked that the same stylist shampood, cut and styled my hair and he did a great job. However, the stylist in the station next to him kept leaning over her half wall eating loudly and interrupting our conversation. She also made a very loud personal call on her cell phone everyone in the salon could hear. Without her it would have been 5 stars but she made the appointment very uncomfortable and awkward.

Walked in to see if I could get my 4yr old a buzz cut. Said it would be a 10-15min wait. No problem we sat and waited quietly, stylist who was supposed to cut my sons hair ignored us after the previous client left, told the other stylist they had another appt. Obviously didnt want the business...wish they would have said that upfront (either they dont do kids or too busy). Instead they wasted my time.

Do not buy the Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout. They use the "fine print" to charge everyone an extra $50 when you get there. I drove 45 minutes across town and was told that they would charge me extra because my hair is barely past my shoulders. Shady place with a horrible manager.

I took my 7 year old son for a "new style", we were taken care immediately. The stylist listen to what I wanted and what I didnt, helping with the cut idea. It turned out fabulous and now we go back for something new every 3 weeks.

I followed Tristen Wasson to this location and the ambient was relaxing and wonderful plus very close to my home. Tristen is very awesome, I explained and showed her pics on what I had in mind and she nailed it. She is awesome.
