I recently transferred from another location and my experience at the Woodlands office has been fantastic! The team is attentive, polite, courteous, and has been more than willing to work with me regarding changing appointments due to my travel schedule. Im really pleased with the quality of work my stylist performs with each visit. Every stylists seems knowledgeable and willing to make my experience as pleasant as possible with each visit. When I leave each appointment, I leave with confidence knowing my hair is looking its best. Thanks so much and keep up the great work. Highly recommended!!

I am very pleased with the staff and the service I received .At my first appointment I talked to Michelle, she explained everthing and answered all my questions. The Doctor and the staff at the Houston location where I had my transplant done were great. They took the time to explain everything that was being done and made me very ease. At my last appointment at the Woodlands office with Lauren, I had a couple of more questions about the process and she really took the time to explain everything. These folks really care and give excellent service. I recommend them highly.

Requires a lot of effort and deep pockets. For more permenant options talk to them about actual transplants. Dr barrera also does good fut transplants in houston. If you dont want an fut line scar then research fue type of transplants like with artas robot . And watch out for dr Arocha who operates out of a a barely marked clinic on a back street. He is very arrogant and unprofessional. He can leave you with a really bad scar and crappy results. Arocha puts on a show but is a waste of time.

The Hair Club of The Woodlands has been so good to me ever since I started in 2009. The people that work there are some of the nicest, most professional, and sincere people you will ever meet. Also the results you get with this program are phenomenal! I am so thankful for everything they have done for me and I wish them the best of luck! To make a long story short, I would definately recommend this place to anyone experiencing unwanted hair lose. Having my hair back has been wonderful!

In fairness, search for any brand name with "complaints" at the end and youre going to find a lot of people complaining lol. When I first inquired about becoming a member at Hair Club, I felt that promises were being made to me that could never be delivered. Nevertheless, after doing an exhaustive amount of research, I became a client. I was suprised to find that for me, every promise was delivered and whole process was more enjoyable than I thought it would be.

Horrific experience at the Hair Club for Men at The Woodlands office. Absolutely no clue what they are doing!! The hair was put on while the glue was still wet. There was marker lines showing on my head because she didnt clean off where she marked to put the hair piece on. The hair was set back about 2 inches back on my head from where I normally where it. The hair line was totally botched. This is what my $3000.00 dollars bought me!!

HCM Woodlands location is a great alternative to the Houston location, both of which provide phonomenal service. HCM Woodlands is staffed with a friendly, professional, and competent faculty from the front desk all the way to the end of the service experience. Service is not only prompt, but I always end up walking out of the salon feeling confident about my membership and my hairstyle.
