10-03-15 Yesterday I took my daughter to get a haircut. Bertha did a horrible job. All I asked for was 2 inches off. And cut it straight. Today I called them. They said to take her so, they could fix it. I hesitated. But I took her. I asked Jose to dry it because I wanted to make sure her hair was going to be okay this time. He did. He was nice and friendly at least pretended to be. I assumed that the hair drying was going to be free being that was the least they could do. But no. They charged me $20. So, I paid $45 total. The young girl daughter of the owner (manager) said we could speak to the manager thinking I didnt know she was the owner and her mother. So, I did and she said we had to pay. What a ripp off. Never again. I use to go there and Ely would do a great job. But now she doesnt work there anymore. As I was reading everyones reviews... I confirmed its true. Definitely not worth going to this place. It wasnt because it was a cheap place which its not because all my daughter gets its basically a trim and I pay $15 and $5 tip total of $20 it was because I went once and I felt comfortable. But never again!

no recomiendo el lugar me hicieron mal el trabajo en el corte y tinte de cabello aunque lleves una revista de como lo quieres no me lo dejaron como dije.y me lo hicieron muy rapido todo lo hacen asi, NO VAYAN A ESE LUGAR.

I had a family member recommend me to come get my hair done here, and when I went I was very happy with there service great prices and most of all my hair looks amazing. Highlights and color came out so good showed the ladie a picture how I wanted and she did the exact way the picture look. I will return back they did an awesome job!

They didnt tell me the charge of the hair dry... $25 dollars! Along with the haircut it came out to be $40. Shouldve informed me how much it was going to be before drying it. If I wanted a expensive haircut I wouldve gone somewhere else. I was able to negotiate but Im sure others wouldve not had the same luck.

Went to HEB and i had to stop a women beacuse her hair color was amazing. Loved my hair cut and color, went to see Jose as directed by the young lady. Money well spent, you get what you pay for.
