Never again. First visit was fine. Second visit they only had half of my laundry at the woodlands location. The half that was ready had a very expensive button down, three buttons crushed and destroyed. They offered to replace the buttons, (Which would have been satisfactory). When i get the shirt back it has BLUE buttons on a lavender shirt. Three blue buttons in the middle of the lavender ones... thread used was not lavender, it was black. it looked like i pulled it out of a dumpster. I refuse the shirt and request them to fix it properly. a couple days later i get a call from Val. (The owner) he tells me to track some buttons down and bring them to him in order to fix it. I have NEVER seen such flagrant disregard for customers as this man has. You will lose all my business, and i will tell every person i meet how horrendous you are. Good Day.

I am a wedding planner that needed a wedding gown that I borrowed from a bridal salon for a styled shoot cleaned ASAP. Val (the owner) was extremely helpful and accommodating. He took a look at the small stains and decided they needed only spot cleaning. His team cleaned the very expensive and delicate gown in less than 24 hours. I picked up the gown the next day, and looking good as new, and returned it to the salon. These guys are amazing! Val and his team are wonderful. I am now sending all of my brides their way for gown cleaning post weddings. The bridal salon was very impressed and excited to use Vogue for recommendations to their clients.

This place has horrible service. People in the back are working in the front that have no idea what they are doing (specifically Jessica). Their computer showed that I had clothing there and they said that they couldnt find it on the conveyor so I must have picked up the laundry (even though their computer said that they still have it). They lose my items and refuse to take responsibility. I was talking on the phone with Jessica who works in the back and she told me to talk to the owner and just hung up on me. I am even a VIP customer. I will never do business with these idiots again.

The overcharge for cleaning services. I was told it would cost me $15. to alter pants. They asked me to pick it up one week later. On that day, they call to tell me that the alterations would in fact cost me $45!!! Ridiculous. I wish they would have been more upfront or called me sooner.

I have been taking my clothes for alterations to Vogue Cleaners (Houston) the N. Eldridge location. They have always been ready on time and perfectly done. I am a size 2 and need a lot of items altered. Thanks Vogue for your wonderful and prompt service!

Over priced, dont know how they are still open said it would be done by 5 the next day, was not done and still gave it back to me and refused to give a refund just a horrible experience definitely will recommend any other cleaners

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a dry cleaner. I brought 1 shirt, and 1 pants and my bill was $$. I noticed on my receipt that they charged $7 for pants. That was the last time I used them.

This dry cleaners is very very expensive. I went in then walked right out after hearing how much they wanted to charge me. Stay away theres other affordable dry cleaners.
